Celebrated my birthday here but was deeply disappointed by the treatment and service. We ordered food and before we received the food, we were presented with a bill to pay in advance. I asked another patron who was dining, and they were not presented with a bill in advance. They were not black. Now, I have traveled the world and never encountered this.
