Got the medium sushi and roll platter here today and the itamae chef over delivered on my order! 150% satisfied with my order and the quality of the sushi pieces were beyond my expectations. I really love sushi and sashimi and hate when I get bland poor quality pieces but this is the first time I tried this place and found my new favorite go to! I gave the atmosphere a four out of five because it is after all takeout and if I gave it a five, then this review might not seem legit or genuine, but I just had to give my flowers to this place today! Thank you for a great meal!!

Dishonest pricing and poor customer service…VERY disappointing.
My family (and friends), who had been regular customers here, had an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. We placed a sushi platter order over the phone the day before our event and requested to switch the California roll to a salmon roll. We were told it would be $1 extra for the substitution as it has always been. The total quoted was $78.91.
However, when we arrived, the price had mysteriously increased by more than $10, with no explanation. The salmon roll substitution was now $2 extra, and it didn’t even include avocado or cucumber. To make matters worse, a 3.5% credit card fee was added without any prior notice, only revealed after the card was charged.
Then came the billing confusion: we were first charged $90.50, then $82.77, and finally $81.67, DESPITE the owner agreeing that the original total of $78.91 should be honored. When questioned, she blamed a new credit card machine and claimed she was still getting used to it. She also blamed a part-time worker who only works once a week, which felt dismissive, ridiculous and unprofessional.
We understand that mistakes happen and that a credit card fee is standard in some places, but this must be clearly communicated beforehand, not after the fact. Instead, we felt like we were being taken advantage of, and the attitude we received from both the owner and the staff only made things worse.
This experience felt more like a scam than a proper dining transaction. My family and our broader group of friends will not be returning. Please double check your bill and be cautious if you decide to go.

As someone who absolutely loves sushi, I often order it for delivery, but this is the first time I've ordered from here. The sushi was incredibly fresh, had no odor, and had a great texture. It's safe to say this is one of the best sushi places in terms of price. The only downside was that the rolls were not as impressive compared to the sushi.

It's like rice cake...I should have read the reviews a long time ago...ㅠ While eating, I looked for reviews and saw a post saying that the rice was soggy... I'm Jae-jae. for affordable sushi in Fort Lee, this is the place, never regret.
As I am pregnant, I have to be careful about eating raw sushi sashimi, so I searched and went to this Japanese restaurant. I was able to eat really fresh and delicious sushi sashimi. The chef also said he was from the Hyatt Hotel, which gave me even more confidence!! Since it was a post-submission service, there were no seats in the restaurant, but there were two tables outside so I ate there.^^
