We went in for ice cream and we were served right away. The worker gave me a sample and was very kind. When I asked for water, he even offered me a cold one instead of room temperature. Very pleasant experience.

It was 31deg outside but my ice cream, rum raisin flavor was melting when it was served. They also charged me $0.29 for the sugarcone!! Yikes… but probably I would go back there again. Meh.. it is what it is. Not many places are open for coffee and ice cream at 9pm around here.

Do not buy from here!! I had the exact same experience as another review on here with them. I ordered 3 Oreo milkshakesbut what I received was nothing that resembled a milkshake. I received two cups of milk. They taste like nasty sweet milk. Horrible customer service. Got a refund! l will not be going back.

Terrible location. Wait times are always insane here, everything is rushed, orders are always wrong or just done bad, staff is rude…. The lights are never even on at night, and it’s “open late”. Like seriously hire more people you’re a huge corporate location in a super busy area…

I feel bad for even doing this because I usually just take it as a bad service day and move on, but at this point I’m really disappointed in the quality coming from this location. I ordered two Oreo cookies n’ cream milkshakes that were basically just bare milk and a dash of oreo. It didn’t even fill the cups entirely & the staff did not seem to care. I do not recommend spending your money here.
Do not buy from here!! I had the exact same experience as another review on here with them. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and a chocolate peanut butter milkshake but what I received was nothing that resembled a milkshake. I received two cups of milk. The vanilla shake looked like a cup of milk and the chocolate peanut butter shake looked like chocolate water with chocolate (syrup or powder ) settled at the bottom of the cup with a small handful of peanuts. With how the chocolate cup of water was made could cause someone to choke let alone the entire order was inedible. This ruined my experience overall and will not be going back.
