Terrible location. Wait times are always insane here, everything is rushed, orders are always wrong or just done bad, staff is rude…. The lights are never even on at night, and it’s “open late”. Like seriously hire more people you’re a huge corporate location in a super busy area…

I feel bad for even doing this because I usually just take it as a bad service day and move on, but at this point I’m really disappointed in the quality coming from this location. I ordered two Oreo cookies n’ cream milkshakes that were basically just bare milk and a dash of oreo. It didn’t even fill the cups entirely & the staff did not seem to care. I do not recommend spending your money here.

Do not buy from here!! I had the exact same experience as another review on here with them. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and a chocolate peanut butter milkshake but what I received was nothing that resembled a milkshake. I received two cups of milk. The vanilla shake looked like a cup of milk and the chocolate peanut butter shake looked like chocolate water with chocolate (syrup or powder ) settled at the bottom of the cup with a small handful of peanuts. With how the chocolate cup of water was made could cause someone to choke let alone the entire order was inedible. This ruined my experience overall and will not be going back.

I do not recommend this Dunkin. I was craving an ice-cream sundae the other night, andI knew this location was open 24 hours. I ordered a mint choc Sundae, what I was handed was just ice cream. No toppings. When I asked what happened to the sundae part the attendant rolled his eyes and said what do you want on i asked for hot fudge, whipped cream, spinkles and cherry. The runner said I didn't hear you say sundae and grabbed the ice cream. When I got it back it only had chocolate sauce and whipped cream. At this point I decided to cut my losses, and take it as it was. The ice cream was good, and I give credit where it's due, but the staff is horrendous

We used to go to this location often for late night milkshakes however the last few times have been disappointing. Last night around 11pm we were told to wait in drive thru while the system updated. Once the employee came back to take our order, he refused to make us milkshakes saying “we have no milkshakes bye”. Most likely won’t return.

Custom cakes purchased here are always delicious. Staff is nice in the morning. At this point they know my order (since it’s typically the same anytime I come here) and I never have any real issues. Errors are fixable so I suggest customers just double check the order prior to leaving the premises.
