Terrible experience!!! This is a business that disrespects its customers! My kids and their friends were very hungry after the cinema and wanted to eat at this place because it's one of their favorites. The opening hours were until 10pm, the order was ready at 9:40pm, but my kids were not allowed to eat inside and were thrown out the door, told that they were closing, so they had to eat their food outside in the cold. I wonder if these were not teenagers, would they have done the same? It's outrageous!

I don't know if it's the owner, but he was kind and ordered half and half with soy sauce and seasoning, and it was savory, not salty, and delicious!

I have been a customer of this place for whole chicken for 3 years. However, since last year, questions have arisen about taste and quality. We are a family that loves chicken so much that we order and eat whole chicken at least twice a month.Today, for Sunday lunch, I simply ordered one marinated whole chicken and one fried whole chicken. But I was so surprised. I had to eat a chicken that was so hard, which I couldn't bite little that it looked like it had been fried on yesterday. Also, the seasoned whole chicken was so less seasoned that I couldn't even tell if it was seasoned whole chicken. It was very disappointing and I haved but I have ordered it as a fan until today, but now it seems to be a bit difficult.I hope for better development and improvement in the future.

The food is good but you guys need to offer a better customer service. I ordered 8pcs of honey garlic wings and one order of cheesling fries and both were so good. I might go back to try the sauces.

One of the best fried chicken places in the US. The spicy chicken is spicy, good spicy not bad spicy. You'll have to try it to figure out what I'm trying to tell you. This fried chicken will not give you indigestion have nothing but great flavor. Garlic, the plain, and the spicy, the best of all worlds

Foods taste amazing and good serving size. The chicken pieces are big. Service is done accordingly to the time, didn't have to wait long. Food price can be a bit pricey for the cost but the portion size is worth it. It's recommended!

Best fried chicken I've had in a long time. I tried both the galbi and the carribean spice. Food was amazing.

99% of the time I have food here delivered to me. And I haven't experienced something wrong with my typical order of boneless wings and Tteokbokki. The golden original or sauce-less is my favorite style. I haven't been to many other Korean fried chicken restaurants. I've tried a few other chain Korean fried chicken restaurants and this one is my go to. Obviously the wings were best the 1 or 2 times I dined in. That's a trade off you expect or make when you have food conveniently delivered.

WORST WINGS I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Don’t ever get the chicken wings… I could tell that they re-fried old wings again and the skin was rock hard and the meat was dry. Considering the price, it was painful to throw away more than half the leftover wings, but think it’s better than chipping a tooth and going to the dentist.

This is my "go-to" location for bb.q chicken in North Jersey. The employees are always pleasant and when I go to pick up, it feels like they really appreciate my business. My favorite order is the honey garlic wings and they are generous with the pickled radish. Make sure you plan for 20-25 minutes from placing your order until pickup since it's made fresh for you. Conveniently located across the street from an H-Mart Fresh so you can do some grocery shopping while you wait. Definitely recommend, and specifically this location!

There's no shortage of Korean fried chicken spots in Fort Lee but BB.Q will always be my go-to. Their chicken is irresistibly crunchy with the perfect sweet and savory glaze. Soy garlic is my flavor of choice. The small order comes with eight wings and a side of radishes (I order a side of white rice too) and that's usually enough for me to eat for two days, so it's a great value. We once ordered a 24 piece and it was enough to feed four people for dinner. It's such a great value and such a fan favorite. Full disclosure - I haven't tried other Korean fried chicken spots in the area - but, as they say, if it's not broken, why fix it. This was the first take out place I tried when I moved here two years ago and I've been ordering ever since. I probably order from here every few months. It's not something I can eat everyday because I don't want to get sick of it, but it's a great treat when I do. They always prepare the food very quickly too and have never messed up my order.

The chicken is cooked with canola oil. Crispy skins, many variety of sauces. On-line ordering available.

It really seems like they don’t want to sell any food any more. I called them asking to order a large chicken wing with half soy garlic flavor and half spicy. But they said NO. (Which is OK before and at most other Korean fried chicken store). The reason why I order takeout instead of delivery is because last time they gave me totally wrong flavor!!!Will stay away from this place forever.

I come to this place at least once a week, all the way from Jersey City. Hands down the best location I've been to. The chicken is consistently crispy and flavorful.
