Haven't been here for a year or so and food has gotten worse and side dishes are so minimal. Incredibly loud and tight spaced.

We visited BCD Tofu House because our daughter had been wanting to go for a while, and it came highly recommended by our friends who took us there. We ordered the tofu soup along with bibimbap, and both were comforting and flavorful. The food arrived hot and fresh, just as expected. Portions were satisfying without feeling heavy. Overall, a nice spot for casual Korean comfort food.

We waited over an hour after registering our party of four on the waiting list. During that time, **both smaller parties (such as groups of two) and larger parties**, who arrived after us, were seated before we were.
When we asked, we were told it was based on party size and table availability. However, waiting lists are generally expected to operate on a **first-come, first-served basis**. This kind of policy feels unfair, especially to mid-sized groups like ours who end up being repeatedly skipped despite arriving earlier.
Before even getting to the food, the waiting system and the way the situation was handled left us feeling very uncomfortable. Future customers should be aware of this aspect of the restaurant’s operation.
