The food is good as expected, but they always get my order wrong. Every time I order they get it wrong, missing items, half full drinks, wrong sized burger. I’ll stop ordering from now on. It’s very disappointing

During Hurricane Sandy, this was the only establishment in walking distance to me that had power up and running as soon as the storm was over and even during the storm. The line wrapped around the store multiple times over, but Burger King fed us all.

Just left. Got home and opened up my order. My order was missing the cheese. Not a big deal. Called to speak to the very nice lady/manager who always gets everything right with a smile as well to let her know. When I called some young kid answers. I simply asked “I would like to speak to the lady.” He asked “Why”. I said she knows me and I will explain why to her. He said “She doesn’t”. I then said put her on the phone. He said he won’t. I said “What” He then hung the phone up on me. I called back and he refused to answer. It rang with no answer. I immediately got back in my car and drove back to BK. I retold the story in front of the manager and “the kid” just laughed. He thought it was humorous. Especially when I said if you worked for me. “ I would fire you”. If he is still working there next week, I am no longer a BK Ft. Lee customer. She apologized which really is far from the point here. She did nothing wrong except…. the “inmates are running the asylum”!!
Long wait times. Orders are incorrect. Charges for 8 jalapeño bites but only gives 4 of them. You realize when you get home. Would not recommend anyone. This is my one and only time going to this place.

When they get your order right, the food isn't very good. And the drive-thru, you pay at the window and then they make you drive around and wait on line at the door for your food. I think they do this to try to make it seem like they get their orders in and out quickly.

I was there last week. Palisad Avenue Fort Lee. It was not my first time but it took the cake. I never wanted to put bad reviews before when everything was disappointing but last week was the top. cold cold hamburger I.... Dry and undersized the cheese wasn't melted. The fries were so salty. I could not eat them. When I brought back most of the order since I had eaten so little of it to discover how bad it was, I asked for a refund. I didn't want a replacement because too many times getting bad quality food. I was finished with them. Now I'm in closter New Jersey and I ordered the same menu. It's delicious! It's a moist hamburger, cheese completely melted....not oversalted fries. Temperature was really hot when I got it and it was fresh. I finished it over 10 minutes ago. Not what I had last week which went in the garbage; I just left it at the counter. I was too disgusted to take a photo. I was giving up on Burger King ..... and I'm glad I came here tonight. I'm not coming often because it's too far from where I live in Fort Lee. But I'm certainly not going to the Palisade Avenue Burger King anymore. The photo is Burger King in Closter, New Jersey meal I just enjoyed.
