During Hurricane Sandy, this was the only establishment in walking distance to me that had power up and running as soon as the storm was over and even during the storm. The line wrapped around the store multiple times over, but Burger King fed us all.

Just left. Got home and opened up my order. My order was missing the cheese. Not a big deal. Called to speak to the very nice lady/manager who always gets everything right with a smile as well to let her know. When I called some young kid answers. I simply asked “I would like to speak to the lady.” He asked “Why”. I said she knows me and I will explain why to her. He said “She doesn’t”. I then said put her on the phone. He said he won’t. I said “What” He then hung the phone up on me. I called back and he refused to answer. It rang with no answer. I immediately got back in my car and drove back to BK. I retold the story in front of the manager and “the kid” just laughed. He thought it was humorous. Especially when I said if you worked for me. “ I would fire you”. If he is still working there next week, I am no longer a BK Ft. Lee customer. She apologized which really is far from the point here. She did nothing wrong except…. the “inmates are running the asylum”!!

Long wait times. Orders are incorrect. Charges for 8 jalapeño bites but only gives 4 of them. You realize when you get home. Would not recommend anyone. This is my one and only time going to this place.

When they get your order right, the food isn't very good. And the drive-thru, you pay at the window and then they make you drive around and wait on line at the door for your food. I think they do this to try to make it seem like they get their orders in and out quickly.
