Coffee and everything else is fine but this cafe never closes on time - especially when the guy worker works. Awful customer service and closes at 8/9pm
The bubble tea was amazing BUT the female cashier with dark complexion who seemed to have a nose piercing and dark complexion was INCREDIBLY rude. NOTE: I am Deaf and communicate through American Sign Language and written English. She made me feel so frustrated because she would not even try to write back and forth NOR gesture after I asked her to write down what she is saying - nope. she dismissed that and continued to speak to me. That....is awful customer service. This spot would be so much more amazing if she has some knowledge about diversity out here in the world. But hey, this coffee shop is amazing if you don't mind the cashier. :) Good wifi, good drink, super cute and comfy place to work in!
Great spot. However, everytime I go there the guy that works there randomly closes down the cafe early 830PM-900PM instead of the advertised 1000 PM
Coffee and everything else is fine but this cafe never closes on time - especially when the guy worker works. While it says it closes at 10pm, he always closes whenever he wants - for my past 4 visits on the weekdays, it always closed at 8:30 pm or 9:00 pm, even if I got there at 7:00 pm or later. Just please be consistent or change the hours on google.
I ordered food at the restaurant, I did not know it had something I was allergic to in it
Food was good but I cannot get past how one of the workers spoke to me. All I asked was whether she was working on my panini and if my bubble tea was being made because more than 10 minutes has already past. She responded with “I Know!” in such a harsh tone. I did not appreciate that at all. This was the first and only time I went up to the counter to ask and I did not speak in a rude way. I understand that there were only 2 people behind the counter but the place was not that busy and she just came at me with an attitude that was not necessary.
Taro Bingsu was awesome with it’s deep and strong taste of taro along with tapioca and mochi as well.
The owner needs to read bad reviews on the cashier(tall asian guy)'s AWFUL customer service. He always makes face, barely answers on customer's question, never admits his fault, and doesn't have appreciation to customers. Once I ordered a regular coffee and a decaf coffee but he didn't mark which one is decaf. When I asked which one is decaf, he gave attitude and said he informed me which one is decaf but he NEVER mentioned. I wonder how he has been there for a few years. If you value service perspective, this place is not for you.
Great Korean owned shop with awesome coffee and lattes
Good - coffee, foods, decent prices, clean & cozy interior. Bad - unfriendly staff

Small cute cafe. Taro bingsu was soo good!!Will definitely come back again if we are in the area.
Hidden gem among the bazillion cafes in Fort Lee. It's a quiet escape to study and enjoy the red bean 붕어빵.
