The bubble tea was amazing BUT the female cashier with dark complexion who seemed to have a nose piercing and dark complexion was INCREDIBLY rude. NOTE: I am Deaf and communicate through American Sign Language and written English. She made me feel so frustrated because she would not even try to write back and forth NOR gesture after I asked her to write down what she is saying - nope. she dismissed that and continued to speak to me. I first called to see if peach bingsu was available, and they said yes. My friend and I went and ordered thinking it would be the same from the last time we tried, but it was all foamy and like sherbet instead of bingsu. The peaches were soggy and chopped up instead of sliced for decoration, which was NOT like how it was before. When we asked if the bingsu changed, the owner told us that they can't make the same bingsu anymore because of how peaches are “not in seasonâ€...
I like everything about this place except it's way too hot. It's a rainy October day out there and I'm sweating. It's a pity because I would like to come here regularly
