Everything is fine. Please put the heat on for your customers.
Tucked along Bergen Boulevard in Fort Lee, Cafe Trois is the kind of place that makes you want to linger. The vibe? Cozy, modern, and just the right amount of buzz. The staff is genuinely kind — always welcoming, never rushed — and they somehow remember your favorite drink after just one visit.
Now let’s talk food. The Crème Brûlée donut is legendary — crisp on top, creamy inside, and not overly sweet. Their Croque Madame is rich and satisfying, especially if you’re a fan of gruyère. And the mini croissant sandwiches? Adorable and delicious. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a slow brunch, everything feels fresh and thoughtfully made.
Bonus points for the self-serve pastry wall — it’s like a treasure hunt for dessert lovers. From red bean mochi donuts to blueberry apple tarts, there’s always something new to try.
Cafe Trois isn’t just another café. It’s a neighborhood favorite that delivers on flavor, friendliness, and that little spark of joy you didn’t know you needed.

I stopped by for a coffee today. When I asked for less ice in my iced coffee, I was told there would be an extra charge. It was unexpected — maybe the store could clarify this policy to customers in advance.”
This hidden gem is absolutely a favorite place of mine. Their crepe cake is amazing!
This Korean cafe in Fort Lee offers a variety of pastries, drinks, and even meals. They have lots of seating for you to enjoy your food and catch up with friends. It's a self-serve spot.
I stopped by here for a little bit to grab a quick bite. I got their chestnut garlic bread to enjoy with my friend and we both loved it. It was sweet and savory (although it didn't taste that much like garlic bread). I wish they had warmed it up though.

First off, the outside doesn’t reflect the interior. It’s so bright and welcoming. The staff is always polite. Iced coffee is delicious and their baked good and breakfast are yum!

The worst croissant ive had in my life.
I visited today to buy a cake, but I had a disappointing experience with the manager. When I asked for a few extra candles, they refused, which I found very unwelcoming. In Korean bakeries, providing candles is a common service, and customers are usually given as many as they need.
Considering the high price of the cake, I see this as part of the overall value. I purchased a $40 cake, not a small $4–$5 pastry, so I don’t think asking for a few extra candles was unreasonable.
However, for the first time, I was told there was a limit on the number of candles. I have purchased cakes from this bakery multiple times before and was never restricted like this. This experience was quite disappointing.

REVIEW UPDATE (after the owner’s reply):
The owner responded, saying they limit candles from time to time when they are low in stock. If low stock had been the issue and they were unable to provide the candles I needed, I would have completely understood and moved on. However, what I was actually told on the day was that the bakery’s policy had changed a long time ago and that my understanding was outdated.
This response made me feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
Love the Cafe. Korean Bakery and can get great American Brunch Menu. Fresh and Consistent. Clean and nice atmosphere. Great management! One of our favorite spot!
Coffee is always great here! Never lets me down! However, do not get their strawberry smoothie, it’s basically strawberry flavored water (there’s no ice, milk, or any thing that would give it a smoothie consistency). It also takes quite a bit of time to prepare, which I’m assuming is because people don’t order it often 😅 but it was cold though!
The place was great! The atmosphere is amazing, and service was good ( they were kind). The only down side is the food of the croissant, it wasn’t great as it was try and slightly burnt on the outside. As a Canadian.. I don’t think I would recommend. That’s just a personal opinion since I eat them everyday in Canada so this was alittle strange. Overall, great experience!
