I don't think people go there because they don't have a tripe story business, but the young employees are tolerable, but the older Korean male employees have the worst service quality. The quality of tripe is not that good and the side dishes served are also the worst. Eating and having diarrhea. It's not even worth a single star.

Upon our arrival, we had to wait 15+ minutes despite calling in advance and were assured that a table would be available. Once we were seated, we were not notified that certain items on the menu would incur additional charges. There was minimal explanation regarding the ordering system upon our arrival. After the discovery, we accepted the extra charges, as it was our first experience at the establishment. Towards the end of our visit, we requested an item before departing, but our server ignored us and seemed occupied.. amusing another customer. Based on this experience, we do not intend to return.

This is a place where a server/waiter is way more than someone delivering prepared food from the kitchen, you are in k-bbq spot. They are attentive and accommodating, our server even threw a performance with fire over the food. Thank you so much for the great service and the amazing food.
