I tried to take out the chicken box with both hands, but only the box came out — the chicken was still stuck in the plastic bag. I was so surprised. The packaging here is always disappointing.

Ordered spicy soy garlic wings and got plain wings. Tried explaining this to the person but he did not speak english. So nothing got resolved.

It's soggy on the outside, but very soft on the inside.
$36 is such a waste...
This is my first time eating chicken this dry.
I ordered Palpak Don Chicken, but it was the worst.
I just threw away more than half.

Ordered garlic chicken and sweet/spicy chicken but strangely both had no flavor which is odd since this is a franchise.
I am not sure how this don chicken tastes different than the other don chicken but it was not so tasty.
I hope it gets better.

I kept tilting my head as I ate...I ordered boneless chicken, but the outside was soggy and the meat was dry...the sauce was delicious.

No radish was provided in delivery.

There are plenty other great Korean fried chicken places in the area, y'all!

There are so many Korean fried chicken restaurants in the area and it’s very difficult to choose the best one. For me, when it comes to takeout, it’s a no brainer. I trust Don Chicken Fort Lee branch to bang out chickens, scallion sides and rose topoki to my liking. Every single time.

That original boneless fried chicken with the seasoned shaved scallion is a paring created in heaven. The fact that the leftovers taste just about great makes me oblivious of quantity control.

I am not sure about dining in, but this Fort Lee branch of Don Chicken is so reliable with the takeout. Highly recommend.
