I ordered online and when I got there my order is missing -someone took it before I got there . Manager said I came late and tried to blame on me That’s not my problem . And next day she left me order inside - closer to their kitchen and when I picked it up the lid didn’t close tight enough so I burned my finger badly ! Bad :-(

Yesterday I ordered a hot chocolate and a croissant. Why is the hot chocolate so sweet? There is definitely something wrong with the recipe. The croissant was also soft and not tasty at all. I was disappointed.

I was there this morning around 11am ordered croissant sandwich and the lady who prepared the orders made a mistake gave the order to the old lady who just came in; when approached her and showed my receipt that she gave me a wrong sandwich and she told me ok that’s for you and i will make your order. So waited and when she gave me my order still wrong coz she made me a bagel sandwich so i let it go coz i gave up and when i ate and did a bite for the stuffed cheese croissant that she gave me by mistake, the one she offered to keep for me, she showed in front of me and accused me of taking it makes me looked in front of everybody including my husband that i stole and cheated!!!! Spent not much but accusing me in front of your customers!!! Anyway… i just want to let my feelings out!

The food is good and the staff is friendly, they always make sure to put your correct order. I never had a problem with then, and my favorite drink to order is matcha latte they make it so good. I always recommend ordering in the app if you are planning to get breakfast before work.
It’s as good as Dunkin gets, and the service is better than other Dunkin locations. I once ordered a box of Joe that takes a lot of coffee, the lady at the counter voluntarily brewed fresh coffee to make it taste better. Small things like this make my days. I see myself revisiting this place more often.
