This morning, I went to Dunkin Donuts to purchase 60 munchkins. I waited 10 minutes for only two simple orders ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, I pointed directly at the munchkins displayed on the screen and requested 20 pieces of each. Before completing my order, a second employee prioritized another drive-thru order and stopped working on mine to prepare that order instead. That order was completed and delivered much faster than mine.
Then, different munchkins were placed in my bag instead of the ones I clearly requested. When I questioned it, I was told, āThis is what you ordered.ā However, I had pointed to each product directly with my finger, and the employee confirmed them one by one, repeating, ā20 of this one, 20 of that one, and 20 of this one.ā We clearly confirmed the order verbally and visually.
Both prioritizing another customer before completing my order and putting the wrong items in my bag while blaming me for their mistake were completely unacceptable. Instead of correcting the error, they tried to make it seem as if it was my fault. Because of this behavior, I decided to cancel the order and left the products on the counter. Even as I walked away, the employee sarcastically said āthank you,ā as if mocking me.
I understand that I am a foreigner in this country, but that does not give anyone the right to push me aside, disrespect me, or blame me for a mistake I did not make. A customerās order should be completed correctly before moving on to another one. What I experienced was highly unprofessional and disrespectful service.

Terrible service, bad attitude, wonāt say thank you or anything pleasant. Gave me the wrong coffee, then didnāt give the correct one. Spilled coffee all over the cup and gave it me like that. Avoid saturdays

got the kind of āserviceā youād expect from someone wearing AirPods on the clock. The employee with curly blonde hair ignored me while two customers were in the bathroom , then cut me off mid-order with, āAre you going to be that immature, they were clearly firstā as they walked up to the counter that I was waiting at for about 5 mins. Apparently, serving customers isnāt part of the job, arguing is. As a business owner myself, I can only imagine how proud management must be of this shining example of customer service. Extremely unprofessional and shocking. Wonāt be back.

Stopped in around 8:00 PM and the employee with curly blonde hair was shockingly rude. She ignored my husband while two other customers went to the bathroom, and when he began ordering, she cut him off and said, āAre you going to be that immature?ā Instead of taking his order, she started arguing with him about ordering saying he cannot order and calling him names. Her tone and comments felt targeted and racist, making the whole experience uncomfortable and hostile. Absolutely unacceptable, never coming back. I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid this place.

Went into this establishment excited by the nostalgic smell of donuts only to be disappointed by the service. The blonde woman at the register was rude, impatient, and even practically threw our bag of donuts on the counter. I was so confused because we hadn't done anything to cause the attitude. It was also practically empty in there so it just felt as though our presence was an inconvenience. Not to be dramatic, but I've been to some awesome dunkins in the area. Going to avoid this one for probably ever. š

im a really frequent dunkin consumer and iāve never been to a dunkin so slow, the people that work there donāt work at all, i have to pass by that dunkin i donāt have other options and im always late, how does it take 10 minutes to make an iced signature latte when im the only one at the store?, and this happens every single day, i have to go expecting to waste at least 10-15 minutes of my morning, the food is a mess i donāt understand how you take so long and do it the wrong way, they are extremely lazy and the store looks dirty

I order coffee here every morning and specify less ice, about 1/10 orders will be accurate. The guy working there in the morning isnāt friendly or happy to be there.
