There must have been a new owner/management because the level of service, quality, and the actually product has plummeted down to an unacceptable low. The service workers are actually rude and the location is no longer welcoming in what used to be a spot to congregate for the community.
It’s the classic case of outsiders coming in, buying up something and just making the local area progressively worse. I’ve asked around and discussed this with others who seem to be in agreement that this place has really lost its place and there’s no reason to visit this establishment for any reason.

This Dunkin used to be the fastest Dunkin around its not any more. Still a great place. Nice staff nothing negative to say but Broad st and rt 5 especially rt 5 are turning them coffee and donuts out quick
Wheelchair accessibility: Somewhat . It's on a hill next to the highway and between Wendy's so it's an odd location to maneuver a wheel chair
Coffee tasted burned, the hash browns were burnt on the outside but cold in the inside

I went here often when I was an expatriate, and Dunkin Donuts were the standard, and I really liked the coffee. When I came back to Korea, I couldn't taste the coffee from Dunkin' Garni. One time I left my wallet on the table, and I was really grateful that the staff kept it for me. I will definitely go here again the next time I go to the United States.

I go the drive thru almost everyday. Their service fast compared to other dunkins drive thru. But quality of bagels,croissants(not fresh),coffee is the worse in the area. They are so lucky there is no other dunkin on 46 through to bridge.
