Excellent food and fast service ,food is fresh
In the area at hair salon, stopped by eggy 8 for early. Afternoon eggs. We sat outside, nice day. I ordered veggie omelet, loaded with veggies, asparagus, spinach, zucchini, green beans & goat cheese. Buttered rye toast & coffee & water. Food was fresh & delicious. Service was quick & pleasant. Another plus for me in any resturant is a clean restroom. This one was immaculate! Will go back

I had the most amazing time here, I ordered sandwich and coffee which were both really nice! Its a very cute place…must visit
The place smells like a dirty mop which wasn’t pleasant, we ordered a steak quesadilla, waited a long time and they gave us the wrong thing, then took it away to have us wait again a very long time, they also forgot my cappuccino, by the time the food came again we have already been there a good hour and my son lost his appetite, we took the food to go, awful service.
I had to get up twice and walk up to the counter to get someone as no one comes up to you for way too long.
The place was not busy.

Disappointed with the experience. Went for brunch and was immediately put off when we were served drinks in dirty glasses—one even had a chunk of dust in it. The food was decent but nothing special.
The real issue came with the bill. A 20% gratuity was automatically added for a table of two, along with a 3.5% fee for credit card payments. While that in itself was frustrating, the way it was handled made it worse. The server handed over the payment machine while still holding the bill, and the machine prompted an additional tip of 20-25-30%. If you’re not paying close attention and don’t physically take the bill to check, you could easily end up tipping twice—just like I did.
This feels misleading and takes advantage of customers who aren’t expecting it. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t return.

Beautiful atmosphere. Excellent service. Suprisingly wide menu at very reasonable prices. Very tasteful selection of teas, served English-style. A place where you can be yourself with your own thoughts or a book or a part of a group of a dozen people. A very interesting. place, hosted by hard-working, courteous people. Try it.
This place is the perfect lunch spot. The food is great and they have a wonderful tea selection
