Eggty 8 Cafe in Fort Lee, NJ has become one of my favorite spots for breakfast and brunch in the neighborhood. I love the Chicken Waffles Eggs Benedict on the menu. Crispy chicken sits atop poached eggs with hollandaise sauce, making a perfect meal, and the home fries are tasty and well-seasoned. Another favorite is the Peanut Corn Pancakes, which are fluffy and not too sweet. Corn and crushed peanuts top them to add a nice crunch. Servers act quickly and cheerfully; the atmosphere is warm and relaxed here, and it is excellent for a solitary breakfast or brunch with friends on the weekend. The cost reflects the quality and style of the food I've eaten. Eggty 8 Café remains my go-to spot for delicious, unpretentious mornings, and I look forward to many return visits.

The food was delicious! Me and my boyfriend went in for Shakshuka and a bagel with lox and cream cheese. I also had their special tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. They were super welcoming and attentive, loved the French vibe there. I would highly recommend checking them out!
