The waiter greeted us and was very attentive with whatever we needed, may it be refilling water, giving my nephew a slice of pizza, or checking us regularly Staff brought the delicious food promptly. Stuffed peppers were fantastic, and they even gave us extra so that everyone at our party had a taste of them. The food was fresh and served hot enough, which we truly appreciate. The manager checked in to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place. We saw the review on Google, and it was only given 4.4 stars. I think the restaurant and staff deserve 5 stars.
Franco's is a gem that is a must try! The food is amazing and the Team always makes you feel like family!
The food, ambiance, service, and everything else was, and still is, excellent. The ownership, management, and staff are all true professionals. Keep up the great work.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was amazing. That's why I keep coming back. The fried calamari was a favorite of mine and my friends. The bread is always perfect. Tonight I tried the lamb and it was delicious! I ran into friends from high school while I was there. This is the perfect place to bring your friends, Family and have an enjoyable dinner.
I've been dining here for years, and the food is usually good and large portions. The other night however, I had to send back my chicken parmagianna because it was overcooked. My date had to start on her salmon while I waited 20 minutes for my new plate to arrive. Regarding prices...this is a neighborhood restaurant and should offer good value. To charge $32.95 for salmon is a bit extreme and the ambience of the restaurant doesn't warrant it. We shared a shrimp cocktail appetizer which consisted of 5 wet medium sized shrimp for $17.95. The two entrees, one appetizer and zero drinks ran me $100 including tax and tip. Overpriced dinner in my opinion.
Finally decided to visit Franco's for my birthday and I'm so mad at myself that it took me so long to finally come here. Best penne vodka I've ever tasted and the atmosphere is energetic yet calming at the same time. Franco's is easily my new favorite Italian restaurant. Definitely plan on coming back very soon.
Francos is always a great experience and I'm so appreciative of the gluten-free options. Gene always goes out of his way to try new offerings this time with gluten-free breadcrumbs. I had a delicious sole oreganata. When the teen boys choose the restaurant, you know it's gotta be a good place.

I was here with my family for my Birthday dinner on Sunday. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The pasta was undercooked. It was taken off my bill and I sincerely do appreciate that. My family goes here all the time and I know that is not normal. I will definitely come back. The calamari was outstanding and everyone loved their food. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend going here.

We arrived very early for our 7 PM reservation, as we were coming from LI and couldn't judge traffic. The young woman who greeted us couldn't have been nicer. As soon as a table was available, she seated us to wait for the other 4 members of our family. Everyone was pleased with their food. Pasta was cooked perfectly and my grandson devoured his meat balls. My shrimp oreganta was fresh and delicious. Cannoli for dessert were crispy as they should be. Our waiter was attentive and very personable. If you need a restaurant near the GW Bridge, try Francos!

Talk about a pleasant surprise, tipping my hat👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Kid-friendliness: Had the sweetest little princess with her family behind us. She was totally enjoying herself, so I would say that Franco’s is kid friendly

I ate here three times while I was working in NJ and it was fantastic every time. My friend had the pasta made in the cheese wheel one time and she loved it. I'm gluten free and there are choices, one night I spoke with the kitchen manager while he heard me asking about Gf and came over to offer suggestions which was great because I ended up having the most amazing pork chops that was on their specials. Definitely a great place to go and I'll go back if I'm working over there again. Ps the salad with the salami cheese wheels on top is phenomenal and I need that salad dressing recipe!

We called Franco’s and placed our delivery order at 5:45 pm. At 6:45, they called to tell me that something they said they had available at 5:45 was no longer available. At 7:30, I called to ask where our food was. The food arrived at almost 8:00.
This wasn’t through Grubhub. It was directly from Franco’s. The food is good, yes…but my dinner should not take two hours to be delivered.
Wonderful place with fantastic food. Many great options.my favorite, the chicken francese with artichokes, is the best Ive had even counting much more expensive restaraunts.
Great atmosphere for in house eating. Its usually busy for dinner and the bathroom always remain clean no matter how many people are there.
Several staff members have been there for 10+ years, which to me, seems like a testament to the wonderful management that Ive come to know over the years.

Food was not flavored well. I think it's best to not have late reservation times since they do seem to be in the mood to serve so much for wanting a bar or restaurant vibe.
