Called ahead to see if they had a bottle fee they said yes when we were greated by a unfriendly older waiter/bartender he said they did not have a bottle fee so we asked to order a bottle turns out they didnt have the bottle, so we ordered glasses. The garlic bread is definitely good the salad fresh the food was just ok would not go back for it and oh by the way we asked another waiter about the bottle service he said ofcourse and brought us over a bucket and new glasses for our bottle. They also added the Gratuity to a check for two people and the waiter said oh you can add more personally I never add more if thats what you want thats what you are getting which is always less than what I would have normaly tipped but ok well there ya go

Went for lunch. Had the sliced steak sandwich. It was tasty, however the biggest drawback was it was freezing in there. Our table as well as other surrounding tables had their coats on. Not a great way to dine. Turn up the heat....

We used to be regulars at In Napoli and the food had become sub par at most but tonight was the most disappointing. We invited friends from out of town to join us at In Napoli because we thought this would be a great place to eat given its location and potential. However, the food was disappointing. We ordered the salmon, oysters Rockefeller, chicken parm, chicken francese and the garlic shrimp. The salmon was bland and overcooked. The oysters Rockefeller were awful. The chicken dishes were lacking, and the garlic shrimp was unimpressive. We told the waitress we were unhappy with our meal and we were offered a dessert but the damage was done. We felt so bad that our friends had such a bad experience. It's not a reflection of the great restaurants we have in the vicinity. This place is a no-go in the future.

I have been coming to In Napoli for so many years, over 14 years. From the old owners to the new and have always liked the food, atmosphere, jukebox, wine, drinks, and staff/service and still do. I have been to the new and improved in Napoli since the owners remodeled and it looks great. They still have the jukebox but sadly the popcorn is gone but thats okay I'm not big on popcorn though it did help when drinking. Food is still really good. My steak was better than I remember it being! Penne vodka so delicious! Love the tiramisu and carrot cake! Oh and they have good strong coffee. Great service for food and at the bar. I will be back to play some music, eat, and drink wine or liquor depending on the mood that day.

We have been loyal customers of In Napoli for a long time, however we have seen a deterioration in the general standard of the dining experience. Unfortunately, this past weekend's visit was not an exception. The service and entrees were really poor. The appetizers were still up to par, but the overall dinner experience was let down by the poor service. It is noteworthy that one skilled server who has always offered top-notch service is now mostly stationed at the bar. Regretfully, it doesn't seem like the other employees have the same degree of experience.

The food wasn't as good as I expected, especially the steak. It was a special gathering, but I was really disappointed that I didn't receive better service than other tables.

After visiting In Napoli after a few years since my last visit, and the changing of ownership/management, I was not impressed or wowed as I had been in the past. I ordered Pene Ala Vodka. It was just ok and it wasn't the same as I remembered it. The sauce didn't have the same slight pink tint and it was a bit bland. So, something was different there. I had to sprinkle on quite a bit of Parmesan cheese for flavor. You still get the salad with your entree with the house dressing which is still very good. The service was nice but a bit slow on refills for a slow afternoon when it wasn't busy.

I've been to In Napoli many times over the years. First time back since the renovation... same great menu, same great service, and top quality food. Very nicely decorated. The prices have gone up, but it's not outrageous. I miss the old steak night... but still it's a great place!

Had Dinner here on January 20 , 2024, with friends. The Ambiance where we sat was not very cozy they have these tiny lights that blind you in the ceiling instead of the warm lighting in the other areas of the restaurant. As far as the food I ordered the Broiled Seafood Platter which came with Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, Sole, and a Lobster tail, but the Shrimp was bigger than the Lobster Tail. It didn't even look like a Lobster Tail. It cost $42.95 and I think they should substitute the Lobster tail with another fish such as Scallops. The Lobster Tail was a joke. The platter was good with this one exception. There were 13 people and the other dishes ordered appetizers and the main dishes were good. The service was good. Just fix that platter.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is well designed, very modern. We asked for a high chair for a toddler; needed to ask twice for it.An order was placed for a burger. When asked how to cook it, we stated medium. The first bite was taken, and it was bleeding on the plate. We stated it was raw still, staff offered no apology. NONE. Oh and it was served on an english muffin? That was interesting.Overall, service of staff and quality of food was mediocre. Such a shame.
