Unfortunately, I waited an hour just for a number seven and within that timeframe I only had the cheese, the turkey oil vinegar, salt and pepper and I pay almost $12 for this sandwich. I would never go back to this place again as a person traveling again.

Slowest most unorganized staff ever. I've been there twice and both times it took forever. Staff getting sandwiches mixed up. People ordering and getting their food before people who have been waiting for 10-15 minutes. Not worth the inconvenience.

I'm not sure what happened today. I've order from this store before and never experienced such slow service. At one point there were 3 guys just standing around looking at the grill. Took them about 30 mins to make my food and when it was done this is what I was presented. Most unpleasant Jersey mikes experience.

Workers are super nice and care for their customers. The sandwich is also better than the ones I get from other Jersey Mikes stores. The store is also always very clean and it shows that the workers really care about the store and their customers.
My experience here this afternoon today was beyond awesome. The staff was friendly. They got my sandwich down. Perfect. They got my daughter’s sandwich down. Perfect. Everything was fresh from the chips to the refreshments. Highly recommended this jerseys mikes
