Food was underwhelming. Service was poor: Never refilled drinks, never asked how the food came out, and waitress somehow continued to walk past while ignoring our attempts to make a request by turning back towards us each time when passing by
Overall, unsure if worth revisiting

Excellent quality sashimi and sushi. The gozen set plus a couple hand rolls a la carte made for a satisfying lunch. The edemame stood out because it had a grilled flavor and was well-seasoned, unlike any I have had before. Curious to try some of their other dishes besides sushi.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! The sashimi was top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices felt very reasonable for the quality. The environment was clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed meal. Service was warm and efficient. I left feeling very satisfied and already looking forward to my next visit. A hidden gem!

It looks very delicious to the eye, but when you actually taste it, it's not delicious at all. I have no intention of visiting again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a wonderful experience at MORU. From the moment we sat down, the service was genuinely attentive without ever feeling rushed or intrusive. Staff checked in at just the right moments, explained dishes thoughtfully, and made sure everything arrived smoothly and hot. The food was beautifully prepared and felt carefully curated. I had the Premium Sushi Gozen set ($52) and my husband the nabe (hot pot). The oysters were super fresh!
We’ll absolutely be back. MORU is a place that values both great food and great service, and it shows.

Been here a few times and the food is always solid. The lunch sets are a great deal and I usually get the Moru Don — never disappoints.
Tried the premium sushi set and the nabe this time, everything was fresh and well balanced. The motsu hot pot broth was really clean and flavorful, not too salty.

Probably one of my best dining experiences. Everything in their menu was exceptional. The appetizers were so yummy and the hand rolls were so fresh and worth it. It was my first time trying to toasted green tea. That was a nice treat plus a dessert. So glad I found this hidden gem that was in plain sight.
In my opinion, the freshest miso soup I’ve had in a very long time.
