Oh mammy is truly a hidden gem. Mami, the owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about health and fermentation. She infuses all her products with love and kindness. Delicious food! Their kombu kelp omusubi is so flavorful. Everything was made fresh to order and was still piping hot when I came home. Definitely coming again to try the rest of their menu
