Mouthwatering meats, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service, it's a must-visit Texas barbecue place! Korean style fried chicken and corn also highly recommended.

Drinks, Wings, and Ribs were amazing everything else was a bit below average. The brisket and tacos were especially disappointing. Pricing is fair, the service was nice and fast.

It isn’t Texas but definitely a New Jersey establishment serving up Texas BBQ in their cozy indoor/outdoor establishment with some of the nicest staff. The $60 platter is a lot for two people, IMO. Definitely come hungry and with friends and family. The pulled pork and beef were very tasty and good. The Mac and cheese was definitely tasty, they should maybe bake it a bit more to give it a nice crust. The drinks were a bit too strong and on the higher end of value.Service was great. They allowed us to swap out some of the sides. We got fries, corn bread and Mac and cheese for our sides. All tasty.Establishment does have limited onsite parking so get there early and lock in your parking spot. The indoor decor gives off a rustic wooden cabin vibe with fake lanterns. Creative and comfortable.

The food tasted fine, but everything was luke warm at best. Odd since the kitchen couldn't have been in a rush since we were one of two parties in the entire restaurant. Then again, maybe that's why there were only the 2 parties in the entire restaurant...

From the series: sometimes in life you just need to cross a bridge to change your life...We tried this place after crossing the George Washington Bridge from Manhattan to New Jersey, needing to eat something and take refuge indoors since it had started to rain.Never was a more appropriate choice. Nice Texan style place, good food and prices half as much as in Manhattan, that is, compared to the other end of the bridge. So beautiful!

Cool place. Authentic Texas style BBQ. The meats are smoked right outside in the yard, which are really tender and juicy, especially the brisket. Good place for a date or party. There is a free parking lot but it’s hard to find a spot when it starts to get busy during dinner time.

Bought the oiso platter. Unfortunately, they ran out of pulled pork and ribs but that was the most expected part of the meal we were waiting on. Speaking of waiting on, the server we had took a considerable amount of time to get the order so we had to call a different server. The curly hair server was very nice. Sausage was good and hot but that was the only part of the platter that was warm. The rest of it were cold and little bit dry. Also, the pickles were sweet? ? The sauces could use a little work as well. An interesting dining experience.

Can't believe I found out about this place just now! The atmosphere is great, very clean, spacious and organized. BBQ meat tasted great. They have great lunch/dinner menu. There is a parking lot and also municipal parking right near by. They also have a party room which is great for events. Servers are very friendly, their draft beer tasted great. Perfect for casual gatherings with friends, family and coworkers.

Our family went for a dinner (reservation on sat) and ordered $140 combo platter, french fries, 2 beer, 1 side, 2 drinks and 2 juice.1. Two servers come back (each came separately) to inform no apple juice and no lemonade. (This is okay. We understand but I need to question do they not do a stock check - it’s the weekend…)2. Server comes with the combo platter that we ordered. The platter however was $100 platter, not the $140. This is where we had a problem. If the server recognized that it was a wrong platter (he should have known as he knows what we ordered and it was not a busy night) and should have informed us and if had brought what was missing from the platter, it would have been fine. However, it took us a few tries to get the server’s attention (we had to actually call him out) and he did not know what was missing from the platter that we were served with. We had to point out what was missing and it was kind of disappointing to witness how he was trying to call it even with the beef rib that we said was missing with $40 worth difference that we also had to point out. At the end we told the server to ring us up with $100 combo platter instead of $140 that we ordered and told him to ring up the beef rib seperately as beef rib is not included in the $100 combo platter. I gotta say, the service needs tremendous amount of work as the servers were lacking in attentiveness and also they seemed like they did not know the menu. I am unsure if the owner was onsite, and if they weren’t, they should as they need someone supervising. Lacking in quality control is a huge no for a restaurant. 1 star review is for the food which was surprisingly good - I would have given zero star if it wasnt for the tasty meat. It wasnt salty and the meat was not chewy. But I would not go back.

The brisket is delicious. All the platters are flavorful. The attention is friendly and helpful. I ordered twice for special gatherings and both times the food was fresh, delicious, and overall fantastic.
