One of my go-to pho places in Bergen County although that is not saying much. The plaza can get hectic during lunch and dinner so you may have to wait for parking. The pho is usually pretty good here although the broth can be inconsistent based on how busy or late it is. I really do like their bahn-me but I probably won’t come here just for that. It’s a solid place for what it is - a good pho spot with not many alternatives.

Pho Today hits the spot when you're craving hearty Vietnamese comfort food. Their pho is absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful broth, fresh herbs, and generous portions of noodles and meat. The serving size is big enough to share (but you’ll want it all to yourself!), and they don’t skimp on the meat. A great go-to for a satisfying, soul-warming meal!

I had an outstanding meal at Pho Today Vietnamese Restaurant in Fort Lee! I ordered the grilled kalbi short rib, and it was packed with flavor—perfectly marinated, tender, and cooked just right. The dish was beautifully presented and truly hit the spot. My daughter had the grilled pork chop which was also delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

Poor Quality control lately. Broth is no longer authentic, coffee taste is bad, avocado shake is more like shaved ice with a hint of avocado and no condensed milk. Youre better off going to a chinese owned Pho spot now.
Found hair in my food. A fly on the on bean sprouts. Asking for onions on the side is extra $3 which is kind pretty wild. Also it’s expensive for you’re getting. I don’t recommend this pho place.

This is the best pho I've had in New Jersey. The pho scene in Bergen county is pretty weak so it's nice to have a stand out place like this. The portions are humongous. They also serve good vermicelli and ok banh mi. I always get the Vietnamese iced coffee here and I highly recommend others who come here to do the same. I like that you cannalso customize your pho with up to 3 different ingredients.

The service, like others mentioned, was pretty bad. None of the workers seemed like they wanted to be there, and it's not just because they're young or inexperienced Like they really just don't care and seem not to want to be bothered. They brought out the wrong order and the waiter came back and insisted we ordered it until we said we did not like 3 times.
There was also a dead roach in the bathroom. I didn't see it in the food, but it spooked me enough not to come back.
