About $30 stolen from me. Ordered online yesterday 9/23 to be delivered to hotel I was staying at. Tried calling the place multiple times, but no answer every time. Gave up and ordered something else.

Their delivery stinks. I have ordered numberous time from them, and I always tell myself never again, but then I do. No more. They are always "extremely" late on delivery. Today so far it's and hour and 45 minutes (I am very near) and they won't even answer their phone. Always excuses why. Their food varies. Sometimes very good, sometimes lousy and barely done. Price has been reasonable, however. I want them to be good but they mostly fail!

Pizza is one of my favorite treats. I have been to Italy many times and have eaten pizza in Rome, Milan, Florence and Venice many times. But what I tried in this pizzeria is amazing! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Would rate a 0 if I could. Pizza was 45 minutes late and was extremely burnt. I tried calling the restaurant and had to repeat myself several times before the lady said call back later and hung up.

Ordered delivery through Postmates for a large pie and an antipasto salad. Asked for well done pizza and it came burnt with little to no sauce on it. There's a huge difference between well done and burnt. All you tasted was burnt. The cheese on the salad was old and discolored and did not taste good. It's a shame because my fiancé and I did really enjoy the well done pie the first time we got it. Not sure what happened this time around. However the lack of customer service and the rude response back on Postmates makes me never want to support this business again. The app doesn't allow you to leave your own comment as to what was wrong you can only select off a list. Wouldn't you think the restaurant would reach out to the customer to find out what was wrong ? Instead we receive this rude response to never order again. As shown in the image below. You're going to lose all your customers with attitudes like that. Hopefully this place makes the right decision to apologize and fix the issue of the rude response.

Just had a very unsatisfactory experience with an extremely rude woman behind the counter. They tried to deliver to the wrong address - I had to go pick up the food from the restaurant. When I arrived the woman was incredibly rude and tried to blame me for their delivery person's inability to find my address or ring the correct buzzer. When I asked for a refund for the delivery charge and tip they refused to give me one. To be clear I was in my apartment the entire time and nobody rang my buzzer, and the restaurant has delivered to this address many times over the past 5 years I've been living here. I don't mind having to go pick this up myself - I mind how infuriatingly rude the woman was about the whole thing. I've lived in this neighborhood for 20 years and have eaten food from Presto's dozens of times - but no more. There are plenty of other pizza places around here - I refuse to accept that level or rudeness. Presto's just lost a steady, longtime customer.

They offer a special on their menu, buy one dinner, get one half price. So I ordered some. The so-called owner says I can’t get the salads that come with the dinners, even though the menu says all dinners come with soup or salad. When I get the delivery, there is a $3 delivery fee. I show the menu to the driver where it says free delivery. She calls the guy up and he says it’s for the salads. I then argue with him on the phone in front of his driver. He tells me the coupon doesn’t say it comes with salads. I tell him the coupon is for dinners for which the menu states that they do come with salads. I told him I’m done with his place. The driver tries giving me back some money because she knows I’m right.
