Atmosphere: TERRIBLE. As someone who runs a buisness, I highly advise whoever owns this place to really take this into consideration. You have a great place here and having the wrong staff in place can really drive your buisness down.
- As I was sitting down and receiving menus there was a couple who got out of their chairs and rushed over to one of your staff members saying they had waited 12 minutes and no one went to check on them to receive their Check.
-When handling customer complaints/GrubHub orders or any managerial things must be handled behind closed doors.(staff room, kitchen, office) There’s no reason why customers trying to enjoy their food should be listening to a 30 minute phone conversation between one of your staff members and GrubHub customer service. It completely ruined the atmosphere as you can see other guest (most guest) worried / anxious as to what is going on as this staff member was having a pretty loud conversation over the phone for everyone to hear.
-The area where drinks are made you can hear the staff complaining about guest. As a paying guest sitting at a table is that is very uncomfortable to hear.

The fried rice here is insane 🥹 perfectly cooked, not greasy at all, and seasoned just right. Hands down the best fried rice I’ve ever had. You HAVE to try it! 😋
The pho was amazing too :) super rich broth and a generous portion.

Obsessed with Saigon in NYC so I decided to try the Short Rib Pho here. Definitely deliciously made, quick service, & all. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I felt a little odd when I realized everyone of Asian decent received a hot cup of tea when they receive their menu (without asking) yet I didn’t. I paid for my meal just like everyone else, not sure why my experience should be any different. The server we had, had a bit of an off putting behavior, as if it pained him to serve us. The other two were extremely friendly. I definitely won’t be back as I did feel excluded for not being of Asian decent. Yet….my money is just as green as the rest. Sucky feeling for sure.

I came here for lunch with friends and had a good meal! The interior is spacious, with lots of tables for groups of different sizes. Service here is pretty quick, and good.
We ordered their spring rolls, salad rolls, and lemongrass wings for appetizers and for entrees, we tried their BBH, vermicelli bowl, and fried rice. Their spring rolls were solid but I felt like the rice paper was a bit hard. Their other appetizers were also decent but nothing crazy. Their entrees were really good portions and full of meat and veggies, which I loved. Although the BBH broth wasn't bad, I noticed that they used the wrong type of noodle for the soup (they used pho noodles). Their vermicelli bowl was good though! And, their fried rice (which I typically wouldn't order) was actually a favorite at our table.
I had a pleasant dinner at Saigon Kitchen. The restaurant is notably clean and spacious, which makes for a comfortable dining experience. I was impressed with the small details, like how hygienic and clean the condiment bottles on the tables were. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.
The food itself leans more towards the sweet and savory side rather than being salty. While this flavor profile might be a matter of personal preference, I enjoyed it. The prices are also quite reasonable for the quality and portion size.
One small point of feedback would be regarding the cleaning process. While I appreciate their thoroughness in cleaning tables after guests leave, the smell of the cleaning spray was a bit strong and noticeable during my meal, which was slightly distracting.
Overall, it was a positive experience. I would definitely consider coming back again when I'm in the mood for Vietnamese food.

This restaurant has gone downhill badly. The ingredients are low quality, the portions are shrinking, and they even skimped on the sauce despite us ordering three bowls of pho. The meat portion was small and broth is getting lighter, and the lime they served was old and dry. This kind of cost-cutting shows complete disregard for customers. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

**Update 8/10/25** we ordered the clam special and although it was tasty, it was also too salty. The Banh Mi was really good and the Crab Fried Rice is a classic dish to get here.
