Shoo Long Kan is the absolute best hot pot! Not just in Fort Lee, but also in the tri-state area. I’ve been to the Jersey City and Paris locations and this Fort Lee is just outstanding with noteworthy soup base and super friendly service!
Very authentic Sichuan style hotpot without needing to go into Manhattan. Tables are always available and the servers are very friendly. They always make sure my water is filled and they even go the extra mile to make sure the hot pot broth is clear at all times by cleaning off the residue. Five out of five.
