Good tofu place, been around a long time, good service and food. First came here 20 years ago. Tofu could be softer but still good. Bon chon selection was normal, I like the cucumbers in larger pieces as you can taste the cucumber juice and not just the chilli. Oyster tofu soup had big pieces of oysters. Prices are normal. Parking is limited.
It’s one of the places that’s been around a long time and food has been consistent in my opinion. It’s nice they’re open late till 10pm but kitchen closes 9:30 so make sure to arrive before that and place order otherwise no food for you. I personally like the kalguksu (hand cut noodles) but traditionalists will want the tofu in the boiling clay pot and have rice. Haven’t had anything bad here.
Just as good - if not better! as I remembered, family used to frequent this place. Sides are fresh and plentiful, seafood tofu stew rich and full of ingredients, LA galbi well seasoned and grilled, seafood pancake crispy.Prices have risen quite a bit though, which is a bummer. Will stop by as an occasional treat!
