The other dishes are delicious, but they are usually oily. This is especially true with fried rice and noodles.
I think it's by far the best among American Chinese food, which often lacks depth of flavor, even if the reviews are 4 stars or higher. It's a godsend for people who live in America and are hungry for delicious Asian food.
However, the quality is not high enough for me to want to take my friends visiting from overseas. For the same price, Din Tai Fung in Taipei and Ginza Aster in Tokyo are much better.
