I’m giving this Starbucks location in Fort Lee five stars because the drinks are consistently excellent and the staff is friendly and efficient. I just wanted to bring a small but important matter to management’s attention regarding food safety.

This morning, I noticed one of the baristas had a small cut on their finger covered with a bandage but wasn’t wearing gloves or a finger cover while handling the drink lids. Since those lids are the part that comes...

Went to the Linwood Plaza Starbucks around 5:30 AM and it was closed, even though opening hours said 4:30 AM. There was a line of people waiting for mobile orders, and Google Maps had also sent me to another nearby location that looked out of business.

Thankfully, Chris at this store turned it all around — super smooth service and an amazing attitude. Thank you Chris for the help!
