Never use mobile pickup. You’ll still have to wait behind every drive thru order and it will be cold. Also they got it wrong and turning around and fixing it impossible.

Come here a lot and yet the days it says they open at 530.. they have the cones outside blocking.. and they won't coke out till 6. Today is Thursday and says 530 not 6. They do this a lot though. And also won't come out at 6.. they ll come out at 6:04 6:05 meanwhile you can see them inside way in advance.

i ordered caramel macchiato and tasted so bad, probably worst taste ever.

Had awful experiences at this location with a rude and impatient staff. They consistently make errors in coffee orders. This morning, I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk, but it was made with regular milk. Despite driving back to buy another, the staff was unhelpful and had an attitude while I was giving the new order. When I requested her to discard the incorrect coffee, she rudely stated they don't accept anything and banged the window in my face. Not to mention, there's no trash can in sight. Save your time and money – this place is not worth it, as they'll ruin your day with their attitude and provide subpar coffee. If possible, I'd give this place negative stars.

Absolute worst location. Not only are the workers here incredibly rude and short with you, but they refuse to see if they have product on hand. I asked for a bottled juice, and I was responded with "we don't carry that" when I've bought it at this location as recently as 4 days ago. I asked for her to check as I've gotten it here before and then she changed it to "oh we don't have it today" but didn't even check. I couldn't even ask at the window when I pulled up bc the employee was so new.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rude and unprofessional, shame on them, there is NEVER a manager on site! The most horrible Starbucks EVER, shame on the entire staff on how nasty they are when speaking to people. My sister had the same experience as my wife and I did. Just horrible all around! We hate this place really. We just want a very expensive coffee without being spoken to like we are animals. You are animals collectively for treating people the way you ALL do!
