The chef's creations were unique and had amazing taste to them. Every piece was carefully crafted and it is clear that an abundance of thought goes into creating the experience. We previously visited in the winter, which had a different menu but both times and menus were outstanding. Also, there is a great ambience in the restaurant.

If you're looking for flashy, eccentric food, this isn't the place for you. What you're paying for is high quality fish. The chefs do very little to it, allowing the fish to speak for itself.
Having said that, while each course was great, I did find myself a little hungry at the end of the meal. Could have done with another small course or two.
Regardless, the food was fantastic, and if you want to try something different for a date night or special event, this is a great place to try.

It’s a great place for an evening out. You can easily chat because it’s not too loud. Service is very attentive and great.

DELICIOUS and fresh if you have the money to splurge. Seasonal menus, super accommodating BYOB policy. I wish there had been more communication beforehand about expectations (when to arrive, timing, etc.) and maybe more info once you arrive. I have been to other Omakase places places that write the courses down on a board each night to help you track which are your favorite. They introduced each one but I am a visual person so reading it in the restaurant would help. The food is definitely the focus and it shows, but a little more info would go a long way (e.g. mini non alcoholic drinks menu)
This is my favorite omakase spot. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with the chef walking us through every piece. The progression of flavors was perfectly paced from delicate, buttery cuts of toro to bold, umami-packed uni and melt-in-your-mouth seared wagyu. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience sushi at its finest!

I loved how they updated all the menu and plate display! I've been going to Sushi Kai since they opened 2-3times a year but this visit was the best out of all! Love we have this great omakase place in local area

Before coming to SushiKai I didn't like raw sushi, this place completely changed my mind. The fish is so fresh it's life changing honestly. It's 100% worth the price for an experience like no other. The chefs are really friendly also and will chat while prepping the food. Definitely booking again.
