Food was great. We ordered the waygu special, which was over $300 for 2 people but the service was not great. It wasn’t busy and there were 3 waiters. All of them had an attitude except for the nice bus boy. None of the waiters said anything, not even a thank you when handed us a check. But the check expect tips amount of 20%, 22% and 25%. There are plenty of good Korean bbq places and better service.

Grilled meat over gas. If you are okay with that, it's pretty good.

Wooga really hit the spot. Came in with a group of four and we ordered the Miyazaki Wagyu Rib-Eye, which was unbelievably tender, rich, and buttery. We also ordered the Pork set which came with pork belly, shoulder, jowl, and marinated rib. Each order came Steamed Egg and Kimchi Jigae. The spread of banchan was fresh, varied, and balanced the richness of the meat. They serve beer and Soju as well. The service was attentive and friendly, making sure the grill was handled smoothly without ever feeling rushed. It is walk-in only and usually busy, but the wait is more than worth it for the quality and experience.

The quality of meat here is top tier compared to other k-bbq spots in the area 🤌🤌🤌 . We were a table of 4 and ordered the A5 Wagyu combo, and wooga combo for 3- this was plenty of food for the 4 of us along with all the sides. We loved the egg souffle ! It was a Thursday at 6pm and were able to get seated with no wait time--however come the weekend, the wait times could be 30 mins. or longer. Lunch or early dinner during the week is best!

Our favorite Korean BBQ restaurant!
We really love the 4 types of beef for 4 and raw marinated crab.
Everything we've ever ordered is delicious!

An absolute Gem! In an era of kbbq joints at every corner Wooga stands out above the rest considerably.
Packed restaurant but only waited 10min. Lots of parking but the lots a bit awkward and rugged. Initially felt like it would be a super hot stuffy location but it was actually super well ventilated which is so important for places like this. Food was phenomenal. The price you pay you absolutely get your moneys worth. All the meats are so fresh and tender. A++ quality meats. The staff are all very attentive and are great cooks. Your food will be cooked close to perfection, you’ll never have neglected meats that get overcooked or burnt. Banchan was all great selection and super tasty. You can always tell when a spot will be excellent by their banchan for sure. Soufflé steamed egg was actually soufflé. It was so fluffy and delicious, did not deflate on impact. Sauces were fantastic too. High quality kbbq. Legit!! This place is a must try/revisit.

The beef small for two is a good value set. The beef is pretty juicy, probably attributing to freshness. It is a bit smoky in the restaurant but it is fine as a bbq restaurant.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and found that its service, food quality, and price were perfectly matched. Under normal circumstances, it could definitely be considered a high-end restaurant.
Unfortunately, there was one table of guests who were shouting loudly, which instantly turned the atmosphere from elegant to low-class.
I think the owner should set certain rules for customer behavior in order to maintain and elevate the restaurant’s overall standard—just like some fine dining restaurants have dress codes—to ensure a pleasant dining experience for everyone.
That said, I truly believe this restaurant has great potential, and I look forward to visiting again under better circumstances.

Wooga in Fort Lee has become my go-to Korean Bbq restaurant. Anytime I visit NYC/Jersey, I look forward to eating here, and I always walk out remembering how good it is.
I usually order the Beef Set for 2, Beef Tongue, and the Buckwheat Noodles with Beef Broth. The Beef set comes with 8-10 Banchan, and choice of 2 hot sides. The Banchan is always fresh, and each one is fresh and delicious. You can make a meal just eating the Banchan. The Beef is always top notch! Each cut has its own flavor, but all of them are nice and tender. They also have different dipping sauces to pair with the Beef. The Scallion salsa, and warm dipping sauce were my favorite.
The cold Buckwheat Noodles is also a great dish. It's even better on a hot summer day. It's rich yet tangy and refreshing. The noodles have a perfect chew to them as well.
The restaurant is always busy, but you can see all the servers working really well together. The coordination from sitting you down to cleaning up is a site to see. Our server did an excellent job cooking our Beef and veggies. It's really fun just watching the vibe of the restaurant.
In my opinion this is the Best Korean BBQ restaurant for your dollar around the NYC/Jersey area. I've been to a few places in Korea town, and they were all good, but this place stands above the rest. I look forward to my trip next year

Used to be our go to place for korean bbq but we may have to start looking else where from now on. Quality beef used to be good. This time around, so much fat trimming left on the meat. My daughter doesn't like fats attached to the meat. Before, she would be able to eat most of the cut pieces. Not this time. Most had fat trimmings on them. I guess this place got too popular.

The meats were delicious. The egg had some more darker spots than what I usually see at cast iron pot. The pork jowl is more juicer than crispier.
