I must say this food sold from this business is amazing, yet it’s operationally struggling . No point in phoning in an order because there is not direction given on how to pick it up once you arrive to the business. Do you line up, or go to the front? Staff is nice but don’t ask questions to help the consumers experience. Called in my order today, and had to wait in line once I walked in. Unsure what to do, so I asked people on the line politely if I can just go and pick up my order. The staff doesn’t assist you and continue to keep asking the next person inline what they’re looking for unsure what to do. I just went back online.. what is the point of calling in an order possibly getting your food cold now if it’s a warm meal and waiting in line without any employee direction. Once again amazing food they need to just improve on their operational systems.

Good place for bagels The bagels are very good. They also make sandwiches and have a variety of muffins. At busy times there could be a wait but the service is excellent and fast.

This place is very unprofessional. I’ve ordered an egg sandwich on bagel and they have changed the price on me three times they keep charging different prices every time it’s more and more I even spoke to the owner. He said the price increase in less than a month that makes no sense. There are a lot of other bagel shops out there, and I don’t feel they should do that to customers, especially considering the economic situation that we are currently in. I will never buy from them again and I would rather go to a bagel store that has the same price and stays consist. The last time I bought a sandwich was October 3 and he increased the price by two dollars make it make sense

I love this place. Nice guys. Typical deli. Don’t expect fancy, expect good deli food. Bagels, rolls, omelettes on a bagel, lox, all are solid.
Good coffee- but make sure you drink it hot! They also have fresh squeezed oj!

I can see why they call it 3 star bagel. Its what it deserves. Friend works but the food is only 3 stars. 1 slice of taylor ham half and egg and a slice of cheese for 7 dollars!!! Bit of a joke. Not worth the money. Go somewhere else. If I were them I'd charge more but make a better sandwich. If you can go anywhere else I would
I watched the guy servicing the line touch money, open cash register scratch his ear, and then with SAME HAND without sanitizing going for a bagel and proceeding to cut it, scoop it, etc…. For a customer. He wore 1 glove on the OTHER hand and that glove was opening and closing the window display with pre cooked food. So unsanitary - why not use two new gloves ???? Either management is cheap or they just don’t care. If you are ok with hands full of germs that touched money scooping your bagels - this is the place
