This place has been my favorite to have ramen and I wish I could give it 4.5 stars instead of 4. However they need to train their staff more because a few days ago I asked the waitress about the difference between tonkotsu's broth and miso's, it took her 5 seconds to think and only replied "The miso one has miso" without articulating how it tastes. Luckily the miso came out great and I enjoyed the meal. Will definitely come back!

The food is soooo good!!!!
One of the best Ramen places I’ve had in the states. My kids loves their Ramen:) And The staff were very kind and helpful. Service was quick and the wait was not long at all, even with a full house. I really recommend this restaurant.

The ramen is absolutely excellent! The tonkotsu broth is very rich, and the ramen texture feels very nice. The restaurant matched the collaboration vibe very well. I was introduced to Tsujita through the hololive collaboration, and would love to come back if they ever have another event like this!
