Bad Valentines dinner, over priced prefix menu for very bad & poor quality food!

Went there on Valentine's Day, never been robbed like that before but that was over the edge. Food below mediocre, service is slow but the waiter was a nice guy, place is loud crowded and you can barely walk between the tables. Overpaid is an understatement.
It's always sad to see those hit-and-run restaurants that you go there once and never ever again.

we came here on February 15 and overall we had a great time. The food was good. The drinks were great. Staff were friendly and it’s a beautiful place. I’m glad we didn’t go by the reviews we saw because that would’ve been a bummer. But we came and enjoyed it, and we will be back!

Really Good restaurant. Great vibe. Loved the decoration. Most of the food was great. Service was great. Very attentive staff. No complaints with the people that work there. Drinks were also really good. We went for brunch. My only complaint was the surf and turf. The menu stated short ribs and that’s not what we got. Terrible dish for the most expensive entree on the brunch menu. With all that being said, I would recommend the restaurant. But not that dish.

The food was great and the restaurant is beautiful but I’m really disappointed with the dishonesty behind the Valentine’s Day ad. It was extremely misleading, it didn’t say anywhere about different prices for the menu it said that it was $85 per plate between 12pm-4pm for a 4 course meal . The waiter told us that it was basically $85 per person if we wanted pancakes or an omelet. I don’t mind spending money at a nice restaurant but a place like this should be above false advertising

Last night we celebrated Valentine’s Day at Ventanas at The Modern, and it truly couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was romantic without feeling over the top, and everything we ordered was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What really made the night unforgettable was our server, Scarlet. She gave us the best service we’ve ever had warm and thoughtful without being over the top, it made us feel celebrated and taken care of, which meant so much on such a special day for us.

It’s a horrible feeling to leave an establishment feeling scammed but that is what I feel. I went to Ventanas for the first and last time of their Valentines prefixed menu. After spending nearly $400 on what I would say is the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. From the moment the “amuse-bouche” hit the table my husband and I laughed. Everything we ate was either stale, cold, or absolutely devoid of any flavor, care or taste. We tried to order something else to eat so I didn’t have to drink my wine on an empty stomach but the waiter did not allow it. I left hungry, confused, and regretful.

Rey!! Our waiter - Love that guy he really made the experience amazing. The entire staff was so kind and accommodating ❤️ from the hosts to our Rey - our waiter. All the way to end of the experience. The food was great, music great, ambience great 10/10!
Came here for valentine and I left so happy with my man ❤️❤️

Ray was an amazing server! He attended to every need swiftly! The food was not up to par as I’ve been to this Resturant 4 times this being my 5th however ray made sure to recover our experience with our drinks. The vibe in the Resturant and music was fab just wish the entrees were up to par.

Ray was amazing. Despite the hiccups ray did an amazing job with fixing every flaw we saw. The food was over cooked and he attended to our needed with genuine concern.

Our server Edgar was a ROCKSTAR! Super friendly, fast, and on point with everything. They handled our table perfectly and made us feel so taken care of. Honestly, the best service we’ve had in a long time. 10/10 recommend!”
