I've tried the pho popup in Vera twice. The beef pho and chicken pho are excellent. They have the best presentation of any pho restaurant - a take on modern simplicity. The menu reflects the same simple choices, a single size bowl of: beef, chicken, or seafood.

Welcoming coffee shop with ample seating and lots of sunshine

Barista was super friendly!

My matcha latte with oat milk was smooth! They use Kettle Tea brand matcha from Brooklyn

Wish they used actual cups instead of paper ones for dine in

A coffee shop wannabe trying to pass as a pho restaurant. Drinks sucked, pho was even worse. Service was non-existent—no menu offered, nobody bothered to ask about drinks, and I literally had to get up and hunt down the cashier just to order drink (and pay).
The pho? Tasted like plain hot water.
Beef was thick, dry, and sad. No basil included (and honestly, I don’t care to ask if they can’t even bother to offer it in the first place). Bean sprouts? Old, soggy, and lifeless. Absolute disappointment from start to finish.

Wonderful neighborhood cafe with a great selection of drinks (including caffeine-free!). They also have a tasty dine-in only menu (only served on weekends, I believe); not well advertised but available if you ask. Pho was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Service was wonderful!

The lavender matcha and rose matcha were excellent. The ambience is cozy and aesthetic and the lovely lady who helped us was very inviting.

I don’t even know how to describe this place—you really just have to experience it yourself. I was having a really crappy day today, the weather was terrible, and I just wanted something warm to eat. I saw online that their pho is popular, and wow, it truly lived up to the hype. The broth was perfectly light and comforting, the chicken was super juicy and generous in portion—but what really stood out was the owner. She was so kind and gentle. You can tell she put a lot of thought into everything, from the decor to the utensils. That’s exactly why I love neighborhood cafés—they feel warm and personal. I even fell asleep after eating, all by myself, just like I used to fall asleep in class. It was such a weirdly peaceful experience.
