Best pho ever. It has the most authentic chicken broth flavor and the chicken was so tender! The broth is so good, you don’t even need the sauces to make it better. Service is good, and you can smell the delicious pho from the outside! Amazing to have on a cold chilly day.

I've tried the pho popup in Vera twice. The beef pho and chicken pho are excellent. They have the best presentation of any pho restaurant - a take on modern simplicity. The menu reflects the same simple choices, a single size bowl of: beef, chicken, or seafood.

A coffee shop wannabe trying to pass as a pho restaurant. Drinks sucked, pho was even worse. Service was non-existent—no menu offered, nobody bothered to ask about drinks, and I literally had to get up and hunt down the cashier just to order drink (and pay). The pho? Tasted like plain hot water. Beef was thick, dry, and sad. No basil included (and honestly, I don’t care to ask if they can’t even bother to offer it in the first place). Bean sprouts? Old, soggy, and lifeless. Absolute disappointment from start to finish.

Wonderful neighborhood cafe with a great selection of drinks (including caffeine-free!). They also have a tasty dine-in only menu (only served on weekends, I believe); not well advertised but available if you ask. Pho was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Service was wonderful!
