This the service was so bad first of all I was a dollar short and the lady asked another lady and she said no and then at the end when I asked for sauce she gave me one, so overall if u want Wendy's go to the drive Thur instead unless if u want to see bad service and poor people treating u bad.

Person on register needs to check her attitude. I place a simple mobile order in the app. Go in and tell her mobile order. She claims she doesn’t have any mobile orders and shows no care or concern, acting like that is somehow my problem and not hers. She literally walks away with no intent to help. It’s not like she was busy with other customers or anything, just milling about, she could have easily taken a moment to investigate. It isn’t until I show her the order on my phone that, oh what do you know, the ticket is literally still right there on the printer… does she apologize? Change her attitude? No and no. Continues to act like I’m somehow a problem and doesn’t even look at me or say anything when handing me the order. Maybe I’d expect this from a teenager but from a middle aged woman? She should know better.

This Wendy’s location has to have the worst night crew in the area. Honestly the worst part about going to Wendys. The night crew drive through experience, time after time, surpasses the time before it as the worst thing to have happened in the last 10 years.
I don’t know who doing the hiring but they need to throw away the whole store! Everytime we order from Wendy’s they send the order to this location and I’m highly convinced that people can’t read order tickets. This is the 6th incident where they have messed up my order and sent the completely wrong food.
