From the first time you walk in you get treated to some great wholesome Latin hospitality, they have your golden classics that get you through your day to day , bacon egg and cheese or a nice hot coffee with an aroma and taste they are proud to be known for! Then you have their favorites like empanadas that are filled to the brim with filling, no air pockets here! If you can grab a passion fruit juice freshly squeezed you’ll have a treat to be sure. And their menu is pretty substantial. Call ahead for their daily specials, pernil is on Wednesday ;) There is also a rumor they’ll be expanding their hours in October come try it!

Emparepa Yummy Treats Cafe is outstanding! The food is flavorful and freshly made — I had the beef and chicken empanadas, the Cuban sandwich, the grilled chicken sandwich, and a cup of coffee, and everything was delicious. The empanadas were perfectly crispy, the sandwiches were packed with flavor, and the coffee was the perfect finish.

The service is just as amazing as the food. Jovani was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel extra special. The whole atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their customers.

This place is a hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended!

Absolute gem of a place! Owner took great care of our family and provided us with everything we needed. Food was really delicious and fresh! However, the service was the highlight for us. I would recommend anyone staying in the area to visit this place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Must visit if you’re in New Jersey and New York.

I came across this cafe on my way to a procedure I had to get done. They had 2 stands advertising their cafe. We took the elevator downstairs. I don't do reviews but this cafe deserved my ratings. The atmosphere was very welcoming, spacious, it even has outdoor picnic table seating. Not everyone will agree with Scriptures but I loved it. Made me feel that this was a family friendly cafe with great values where my money is well spent .The bathroom is located down the small hallway, easy to find. 1 bathroom ( very clean by the way). I ordered an espresso cappuccino and added a dash of cinnamon. I ordered a Cuban panini ( everyone makes it differently) to my surprise was very delicious. Had pulled pork with a sliced ham that wasn't too thick, pickles mustard and the bread was perfectly toasted the cheese was melted but not too much which I liked. A choice of fries or salad on the side. I chose the salad while my boyfriend got the fries with his lamb gyro which he rated 5 stars as well. To top it all off the owners father was such a great person with such hospitality that I haven't received in any other restaurants, bars, cafes. My food was already a 5 star but the service atmosphere and hospitality was a great experience. We will be coming back in the future to try out other food on the menu.
