Ordered through Uber. When it arrived half my order was missing. Uber driver should have checked but when I called the store, they did not answer. Phone does not work. Screwed out of my order and no one to contact because BR customer service will not help since it was ordered through Uber. Staff should fulfill orders correctly. BTW customer service is in the Dominican Republic and even when you call the number for headquarters in Canton Mass. you still get someone in the DR. No accountability.

I repeat, DO NOT GET THE GRILLED CHEESE! 2 pieces of not good sourdough bread with maybe butter, all microwaved together. I was disappointed, as the Texas toast grilled cheese was always so yummy. I could have made something better with the bread, cheese, and butter that was in our cooler on the engine block of my car.
