Orders are always incorrect. All the toasted food tastes like chemicals because they probably wash the stove with harsh chemicals. Horrible dunkin.

Ordered through Uber. When it arrived half my order was missing. Uber driver should have checked but when I called the store, they did not answer. Phone does not work. Screwed out of my order and no one to contact because BR customer service will not help since it was ordered through Uber. Staff should fulfill orders correctly. BTW customer service is in the Dominican Republic and even when you call the number for headquarters in Canton Mass. you still get someone in the DR. No accountability.

I repeat, DO NOT GET THE GRILLED CHEESE! 2 pieces of not good sourdough bread with maybe butter, all microwaved together. I was disappointed, as the Texas toast grilled cheese was always so yummy. I could have made something better with the bread, cheese, and butter that was in our cooler on the engine block of my car.

I'm reluctant to add this business to yelp as I will not be a customer at this place and do not recommend that anybody is. This DD is between my house and my parents so I've stopped there several times. There is always a problem. Today, I went in and asked them if they are going to be getting ground pumpkin spice for me to make at home. It's is October and I can tell you Octoberfest is on the shelves in September and may be sold out by October. He tells me, no we never get ground pumpkin spice to sell. Never? I'm sure I bought ground pumpkin spice here last year. Do you mean that your not going to get it this year? No, not only have we never sold it, but it isn't sold at any stores. Wait a minute, I buy and make pumpkin spice every year. I've bought it here, Haledon (by me), Ramsey (by work) , and a couple more random Dunkin Donuts as well. No you haven't we don't sell it.... Wait a minute? Are you telling me that all my memories of buying and drinking pumpkin spice have never happened? Maybe K-cup he says. But I never had a K-cup maker ( terrible for the environment). Listen, it's one thing for you to tell me you don't have it or you're not going to get it, but you are being very disrespectful. No, I'm not,we never sold ground pumpkin spice.I told my mom that she usually doesn't stop at this Dunkin' Donuts because they messed up her order 3 times in a row. She says that sometimes she asks for her coffee hot and sometimes iced and no matter what, they seem to always mess it up. Now my mom may be exaggerating, but I have bought ground pumpkin spice from this store before, but that's not important. This guys blatant rudeness is unacceptable. This is absolutely not the place where I would be spending my money or somebody that I would want to converse with while trying to get some coffee. My 2020 New Years resolution is to not go back to this particular Dunkin' Donuts because they are not consistent with the preparation of their products. I tried ordering a particular holiday ice latte that was being advertised and was told it could not be made. I tried ordering a different one and that too could not be made. Finally, as a last resort I ordered a standard caramel ice latte. I ordered it with caramel drizzle, whipped cream, and whole milk and it was presented to me without two of the three ingredients. The staff working their cheerfully corrected the problem and even gave me a "free" donut, but the drink itself was still poorly made and had very little caramel taste. This is not the first time this has happened here. Better training is needed for all employees on how to properly make their products. I will go elsewhere.

I don't understand the business model behind Dunkin Donuts. It seems like every place has the most rude and slow moving people working there. The products are all the same since it's all one huge corporation so you know the exact junk food you are about to enjoy. But it makes it much less of a treat when the staff is not pleasant and never helpful with their defective app, that often has issues.
