I'm writing this review in the hopes that a manager/owner sees this.
An employee by the name of "Islam" decided to ignore us as we came to get some icecream cones after dinner. He ignored us for a good 5 minutes and when I asked for assistance by the ice cream, he rudely said I had to come to the register on the other end of the store to order first.
This is not the first time I've been here and usually you get your cones first and then pay for them. Regardless, he was incredibly rude and we walked out without buying anything out of principle. Customer service is very basic and they lack it. I will never come back here again. Good luck to you.

Dunkin' donuts in general has declined, when they started taking orders with the app, those customers seem to take priority and the people in the store have to wait. I was blown away when I had to wait for a small black coffee,, I also think the gentleman that run that store or disrespectful. I am an older man and you can certainly address me in a way that is a little more respectful than calling me boss. But that is very typical of the Indian and Pakistani people

Awful experience! Placed a donut order online for a gathering. When I arrived they told me they never received my order, however they did take the money out of my account. Very rude, shrugged his shoulders and unwilling to assist.

Nice place, at least they let you use the restroom instead without problems

Worst dunkin EVER. And there’s one on every corner so I recommend going .3 miles to the next one to avoid this one. Extremely rude, don’t want to fill orders or honor discounts, whisper about you in front of you. Super stand offish. Don’t have the food you order online available in store. 0/5 stars

Overall the products are good, however, there seems to be inconsistencies between stores. Coffee is not fresh all the time. The dude if doughnuts is different. I like their coffee rolls. In one store it is the original size while in others it is smaller. I go to chain restaurants expecting consistency of quality. Given that most are franchises, owned by other than the corporation, liberties on quality are taken. Little or no policing seems to be done by the corporation. I will still go there knowing what to ecpect.

They can be rude. They were extremely rude to me because I left the coffee on counter an extra minute. I have been going there for 10 years + and 2 employees snapped at me. I will be getting my coffee somewhere else.

Don't go there close to closing. Ordered the iced coffee and it's pretty much watered down (although all DD coffee isn't coffee). Try some place else.
The absolute worst DD I've ever been too. Not enough help and the help that is there (2 men behind the counter) ignore you and never try and accommodate you in a timely fashion. Add to that every child that goes to the local schools congregate there EVERY day. Taking it even further was a man who claimed he was the manager but told me he didn't have to give me his name, berating a young girl infront of customers. I was told he was going to call the police on me. When I told him to do just that, I was told to get the HELL out of here.
