Rude!! Ordered coffee just cream. Received cream and sugar. Took it back, they dumped it out and used same cup but now had coffee all over the outside. Also started speaking in a different language and laughing as soon as I handed it to them.

I get my iced coffees here early in the morning for work. Iced coffees are great here i know most d&d’s are hit or miss with it but these guys usually always make the iced coffees real good for me in the morning! Have not tried them in the afternoon only speaking for the morning lol

ordered milkshake- and took them more than 20mins. Rude attitude and not polite. when we asked about it after 10mins- the guy says “we made it”- which was not true. Didnt even apologize and then said the order’s not there. When we showed the reciept- the response was not “sorry” it was “oh- I’ll make it” 🤷🏻♀️

The bathroom was messy, had no toilet paper. Cashier didnt want to take any orders, directed everyone to the kiosk. Orders came out with no order number or signage. When asking about what the drink was, employee didnt speak enough English to understand. Hoping I can call someone and get a refund. Waste of time and money

I am from Michigan and it was my first visit in the dunkin in this state!. The food was just outstanding. Their service was also fast and the ambiance was clean as well.
I'm writing this review in the hopes that a manager/owner sees this.
An employee by the name of "Islam" decided to ignore us as we came to get some icecream cones after dinner. He ignored us for a good 5 minutes and when I asked for assistance by the ice cream, he rudely said I had to come to the register on the other end of the store to order first.
This is not the first time I've been here and usually you get your cones first and then pay for them. Regardless, he was incredibly rude and we walked out without buying anything out of principle. Customer service is very basic and they lack it. I will never come back here again. Good luck to you.

Dunkin' donuts in general has declined, when they started taking orders with the app, those customers seem to take priority and the people in the store have to wait. I was blown away when I had to wait for a small black coffee,, I also think the gentleman that run that store or disrespectful. I am an older man and you can certainly address me in a way that is a little more respectful than calling me boss. But that is very typical of the Indian and Pakistani people
