Overall the products are good, however, there seems to be inconsistencies between stores. Coffee is not fresh all the time. The dude if doughnuts is different. I like their coffee rolls. In one store it is the original size while in others it is smaller. I go to chain restaurants expecting consistency of quality. Given that most are franchises, owned by other than the corporation, liberties on quality are taken. Little or no policing seems to be done by the corporation. I will...

I drive, go too lots of dnds in the tri state. This is my morning stop. I order what gives me points for free coffee. With that said, it's always right, hot and made the way I like. Thank you as it's a pleasure to go here. I love it!

While DD is a franchise, not all locations are the same. For the most part, though, you can expect consistency from one location to another. I find this location in particular to be especially pleasant and clean. It’s in a prime location (the end store in a strip mall located along the business strip on Franklin Avenue), so it’s busy.
