I don’t have many additional details, but I’ve been ordering the same item for 15 years, and over the past year, the quality has noticeably declined. The buffalo chicken stromboli used to be filled end to end, but now the filling is concentrated only in the middle, leaving the ends as plain dough. There also used to be a better balance of chicken and cheese. Recently, it’s been mostly cheese with just a few small pieces of chicken. I could actually count how many bits of chicken were in there.

As for the cannoli, something seemed off. It had a strange chemical taste and smelled like it had been near bleach or cleaning solution, almost as if the cannoli had been placed on a freshly wiped surface and absorbed the scent.

I’ve been coming to Franklin Lakes Pizza since I was a kid, but unfortunately, it’s just not the same anymore. Like so much in foodservice these days, the quality has gone downhill. I always order the buffalo chicken stromboli, but the last few times it’s been overloaded with cheese and barely had any chicken. For the price, it’s just not worth it to get a few bites of actual filling.

One time I even ordered a cannoli, and it tasted like it had been sitting on a counter sprayed with cleaning product. That was really disappointing.

After years of being a loyal customer, I won’t be ordering again.

Came here once while driving through New Jersey was great. Stopped in this time like GROSS, nothing like first time with taste, appearance- it's like they undercooked the pizza and took it out 3-4 mins too early it was nasty. Too soft very light coloring literally raw ..Never will be back can't even cook pizza right

Their pizza is by far the best and definitely get the onion rings too. They never mess up my order and deliver pretty quick as well.

counter girls are cute, very adorably decorated environment, 10/10 pizza, hit the spot, although some guy (like a customer) had a stick up his ass for his own incompetence, the girls working handled it so well and friendly, 100/10 service, will be returning.

Worst place to order chicken cutlets sandwich with mayo,lettuce and tomato. They put chicken cutlet with mayo and lettuce and tomato with chicken parm and add sauce who does that?? Never again shame not sure how you are in business!!!!

Ordered 2 antiposto salads. Wilted lettuce, no olives no cheese stale bread. Garbage.
