There are no words to describe how happy we are with them. We had a custom cake, gluten free. They did a amazing job! Way beyond belief. We had people at the restaurant we were at for my best friend's 50th where did you get this? Want to say thank you to kara kakes, the staff and everyone who contributed their time to this cake !!! BRAVO!!!

I’ve traveled all the way from Long Island, NY to order from Kara Kakes and have supported their business by recommending them to others. However, the last three times, my cakes have looked completely different from the pictures I provided. While they do try to fix the mistakes, it’s unacceptable that they still charge the full price despite it being their fault. As a loyal customer, I’m extremely disappointed. The heart cake is what I asked for in white and the tall round cake is what I received. UNACCEPTABLE!

Went into Kara Cakes with my daughter. We were very excited to try the Kara cakes. To our disappointment it did not meet our expectations. Disappointed! Such a shame we hear such great thing. I bought parfait cups we could not even eat them. They went in the garbage. The young girl helping us was lovely. Inside the store is very cute and clean.

Very horrible ! I called a week before my son’s birthday, they didn’t call me back until Tuesday before the party . Told me they could do the cake and emailed me to iron out the details , and then calls me two days before the party saying they can’t do the cake!!! I’ve gotten cakes in the past from them so I’m appalled at this horrible service! Will never be ordering my custom cakes from here. I live in the neighborhood and would’ve have been a valuable client. They’ve lost a customer eternally.

I’ve been a long time customer since the cupcake wars days.. hands down the best quality and service. Had 1 problem in all the years and Kara reached out immediately and not only handled it but had great conversations. On the staff, not sure what extensive training she has on all staff members but every single one of them over the years has been super friendly, fun, helpful and keeps the store immaculate. Most important, the quality is unmatched for me, especially on the cupcakes. This is a place I recommend doing business with.
