Our hibachi chef only cooked for us, no fun show like most places. That was disappointment as we went for my daughter’s birthday. The rest of the staff was very kind and attentive. Food did taste good so his mood did not impact the quality of the cooking.
Dietary restrictions: We had a dairy allergy which they cooked separately in the back and brought out.

I suggest you get better control of your services for these prices. Uber mistakes are YOUR problem Naru Sushi…not mine. When I spend $100 dollars on sushi i am not eating it 3 hours later. You want to enjoy this service that makes you money then be responsible for it.

If zero was available …. Showed up for our reservation at 7:30 with nine people… we were told our table would be ready shortly, and then they proceeded to seat 5 teenagers at that table. All other tables were full with guests just starting. It would have been at least an hour wait. Why did we make a reservation and why did they confirm the reservation 3 times - including at 3:30 the same day of the reservation. Shame on me for trying them again - this happened to me several years ago.Dint bother unless you have time to wait!!!

Went there with entire family for dinner occupying the entire hibachi table. While the food was good and the chef entertaining and friendly the servers lacked attention to detail and made for a rushed and less than fun experience. Maybe it was a bad day for them.

This place has really gone downhill. The size of their sushi rolls keeps decreasing and the cuts of beef I was served tonight were so fatty and tough that I couldn’t eat them. I didn’t say anything because I’m not that person but I definitely won’t be returning here and am incredibly disappointed because I was initially impressed. But seriously… these sushi rolls are tiny. And the service tonight was poor too.

Great place to go for dinner or just sushi. The gentleman running the front was exceptionally accommodating with our seats and service. Despite it being very busy he attended to us often as we sat at the sushi bar. He even gave us complementary ice cream just because....little things like that keep me coming back...and Sushi was obviously fresh and many options to choose from. Highly recommend this spot.

Naru restaurant was definitely a special experience. Chef John and the servers were very courteous, friendly, and entertaining. The food was tasty. Will be going again!
They were really accommodating in seating us last minute without reservations for hibachi. We ordered two combos for two adults and a child which was more than enough. The chef came and tried to impress us with his lousy skills on the grill. Don't expect much if you have been to Benihana. We left there ready to drink gallons of water after the sodium overload. Everything was extremely salty. The fried rice was burned and I could not taste anything other than the massive amount of soy sauce on everything. The dressings were pretty much more salt or Mayo with some taste of I'm not sure what. I would not recommend this place even if you are desperate for hibachi. I did not try the sushi and cannot comment on it.
