Such audacity, this location does NOT always use fresh bread. The bread was hard and stale, I was already home, otherwise I would have returned it.

joey make the subway and he makes it very nice. My one complaint is the renovation’s because the deadline coming up for the renovation it seems they do not care and want to continue being cheap

Joey is amazing . Any time I come he is always smiling and in good spirits . He is very nice and polite and makes greatttt sandwiches! Joey is the reason i come back to this location!

Bait and switch scam playing out here. They mail out coupons then when you try to use them they say they won't accept them. Go get a sandwich somewhere else and don't give these crooks your money.

I just went to this subway (801 Franklin Ave) and had the most horrible experience. I ordered two sandwiches, and the server messed up the order. The first sandwich, a Subway club, was missing many of the ingredients and meats. The second was supposed to be a roast beef on multigrain bread and got cheese with spinach and condiment on whole wheat bread. He charged me a "veggie delight" which I did not notice until I got home and saw that the whole order was wrong. I am so disappointed in the quality of service, preparation, and attention provided by this location. I doubt they can ever get my money again.

I will be raising this to corporate if the manager continues to ignore my calls - I’m told to call early afternoon but the manager is conveniently never in. VHDIA
