Beyond the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The employees are scummy and purposely overcharge while under serving.I will be raising this to corporate if the manager continues to ignore my calls - I’m told to call early afternoon but the manager is conveniently never in. Nothing special. Ordered a meal with a coupon, only to be told afterwards that their computer program for coupons wasn't working. Won't be back.$10.00 for a 6 in sub and small tea was ridiculous!

Only one woman was working when I came in and she talks down to you, like she doesn’t care. She appeared to be the owner and just seemed incredibly cheap. I put in a mobile order with a subway deal, and when I walked in there’s a sign that says some thing like, “we do not participate in promos.” Clearly I could still order through the app for pickup. As she was about to wrap my sandwich I asked “is it toasted?” She had a heavy Indian accent but I could make out something like, “I don’t toast because it’s a $12 sandwich that you’re getting for $5”…..seriously? You won’t toast my sandwich because I saved $7 on your app?Before that, I went to use the restroom and when I came out, she asked me to go to the bathroom and do something (again I couldn’t make out what she was saying). I walked back to the bathroom to find that she wanted me to turn off the light…Has to be the cheapest chain owner I’ve ever met, and you’re in Franklin Lakes! Lol.

One of the best experiences in a chain restaurant I've had. Polite, well trained and respectful staff takes real care with each sandwich made. Also a clean and well maintained location. In my opinion this branch should be used as a training example for the company!

I've eaten at several Subways but never have I ever had my sandwich prepared with such care and attention! I wish I remembered the person's name who serviced me to give them a shoutout. She literally took the time to place each topping with intent. Wish I could give her 6 stars.

Very disappointed with my attempted experience. I arrived at 8:08 when they say on the door that they close at 9 pm. There was a worker there and he ran away from the door when we arrived and the doors were locked. We waited and tried to open the door and it was locked. When we walked away the worker went back to cleaning and ran away to the back again when we attempted to go back in to order. We were unable to receive food while the business was supposed to still be open.
