Yogybee Franklin Lakes

I do not recommend this place at all! There was not a single soul in the store when I walked in at 5pm and asked for a bubble tea. I was told that they’re closing soon and cannot serve me. I looked directly at the door that said they close at 8pm and the girl saw my stare & said, “yeah but we can’t make bubbles”. I wasn’t offered anything else, so I just walked out of the store. 0 stars.

Great place to have and food is good for you too. They are sanitary, and change their gloves for everything they do which makes me feel so much better about the cleanliness. They are also very polite with me every time I go.

Walked in here to dine in and they weren't closing for 2 hours, all the chairs were up and when we asked to eat in they told us they were mopping and we couldn't be seated!Absolutely ridiculous! We eat there several times a year and were told we couldn't be seated cause they were mopping???We walked out and won't be returning!

Whoever was working at 5pm today, 12/26/23, has horrible service and a terrible attitude I don’t even mean to be rude but It was beyond unprofessional. My name is Julianna and I am a mother of 2 kids and was rushed to get dinner so i just wanted a quick smoothie and a bite to eat. So i placed a takeout order at 5:09. My Husband then calls me that the kids need me home as he was leaving and I had a visitor. I didn’t have enough time to make it to Franklin Lakes says it was a 20 minute drive. At 5:12 i call them back saying to cancel the order. She had a horrible attitude and said I needed to pick it up. I told her I was unable to and she didn’t even make the food yet. She said if i don’t pick it up i am BLOCKED from yogybee and not allowed to make orders again. I consistently go here and i’m just beyond confused. I always give people the benefit of the doubt because I worked in the food service for so long at high end restaurants and would never do that to a customer unless it was a serious matter. Otherwise this is a smoothie shop and i come here every week with my kids. So now i’m blocked and i guess won’t come here again.

Hair in Food... Unsanitary!
In an order for 3 people, myself and a friend both found more than one hair in each of our own wraps. Im sure it was a mistake, but their should absolutely be protocols and precautions in place (like hairnets, etc.) to keep the chefs hair out of the food. The food would be 5 stars if this were not the case.

Got a small Thai lettuce salad which definitely was a big portion for one person and tasted good!
