This location does not deserve the Auntie Anne's franchise. This is now the third time my girlfriend has gone in there more then 2 hours before they are closing, today it was at 6pm, and since she does not speak very good English they have told her they are closed and won't be making anymore pretzels. As an Executive Chef, I can't even tell you how big of a joke this is. This time I was on video chat with my girlfriend and the Employee or owner tried to tell me they were closed when I know very well they do not close until 9 since I've lived in the area most of my life. I could understand not making any fresh pretzels if it was 830pm, or even 815pm do to reducing waste. But with almost 3 hours before closing, to refuse service is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when she was willing to wait to buy 4 pretzels in total. The one pretzel she was able to purchase was absolutely terrible and extremely hard. This location is a joke and should be stripped of their Auntie Anne's title. Now when it comes to the Subway section of the split store, I don't have many or any complaints. I don't know if it is racism because my girlfriend does not speak much english or just pure laziness, but either way it is sad and pathetic. Do better.

This place is a heaven and is a life saver I forgot about Valentine’s Day and had to call them last minute to make me a special order for my special someone. They made me pretzels saying “I loveYou” isn’t that cute or not? The lady was so busy and still made it for me. My hubby loved them and totally asking them again and coming here again. I LOVE YOU AUNTIE ANNE’S!!!!

There pepperoni pretzels are the best; or the pretzel's with cheese is to die for. The lady who makes them is so nice and will help you if you need anything. The best place

They aren't good like the other locations. She made only 2 items and she's not making anything more. Poor customer service and Im not able to Order what they sell. SMH

Who doesn't love an auntie Anne's pretzel. There so bad for you yet they taste like a piece of heaven... Make sure you get a salted one with a side of cheese.
