Okay, I am new to the Freehold mall; but any mall I go to I always look for an Auntie Annies for a pretzel, so far I have went 2x within 4 weeks, during daytime hours first time around 3pm other Time. I ask for a plain pretzel and Im told they dont have any… Im like okay… how do I get one… the answer is they will make me one it will Take 7-10 min…. Great! I will have a fresh pretzel… and they literally make just whatever I ordered. I 2nd time, same thing… no pretzels… just specialty cinnamon bites, hotdog bites, etc…. But all I want is a plain pretzel. I ordered one and they guy tells me we dont have any pretzels, and Im like why dont u have any pretzels, this is a pretzel store… why do I have to beg to buy a pretzel… again… after Putting a little resistance, they made me a pretzel, and only what I ordered. So moral the story; its fine if you want to make fresh pretzels when ordered; we love that… but make sure u offer me that option instead of acting like you are out of pretzels… i have never been to an Auntie Annies that functions like this…

I really don’t understand the decision of this location to not sell any actual ready made pretzels and instead do it on a made-to-order basis. They only have pretzel nuggets available at any given time. This is the only AA’s I’ve seen that does this and it just seems stupid. Who wants to wait 7-10 minutes for a pretzel to be made and cooked? I’ll just go to the nearby Wetzel’s Pretzels since they actually sell, you know, pretzels? Hope someone at Auntie Anne’s corporate knows about this.

Good pretzels, but the employees are a little rude. I ordered pretzel nuggets with cheese dipping sauce. Cashier gave me the the pretzels and completely ditched me to go to the bathroom. Thankfully, another employee gave me the cheese sauce, but that was very unprofessional to leave a customer while you're helping them.

Nonexistent customer service? Asked for forks or toothpicks or something so we wouldn't need to be wrist-deep in the cup digging for nuggets and the manager said no and told us to eat with our fingers. At least every other auntie anne's has toothpicks. We were told to go to the food court for forks (which they don't have any????) and the manager argued with us for 10 minutes before a different worker (thank you bless him) went to cinnabon and got us a fork. Which if we had gone to cinnabon for forks ourselves we would've had to pay for. So ridiculous. Also someone left the same complaint two weeks ago so they are not even trying at this point.
on the website it says the medium lemonade is 21 oz and was given a 20 oz, i paid 4.79 for less lemonade, and when i asked about it the worker told me that’s the sizes they have, for almost 5 bucks i could’ve gotten a large lemonade somewhere else

I freaking love these pretzels. They are not your traditional soft pretzels, though, if thats what you're looking for. But don't despair you can find them elsewhere, in the meantime treat your self to the buttery goodness of Aunties Anne's pretzels you will not be sorry.

This place does not have a fountain soda machine. You literally cannot buy a soda to have with your pretzels. No bottled soda either. Lemonade or Jamba Juice only. Very strange. Every other Aunt Anne’s on the planet sells soda. Had to go next door to Cinnabon for drinks. Thumbs down ???
