As always the food and service were great. There were only two things that kept me from giving an overall 5 star rating. The first is a repeat request: You need to have Decaf Cappuccino. The second is new: You changed the container for leftovers to a paper box. Bad decision. The box does not stay closed, liquids can drip and is not easy to use. Suggest you go back to the original packaging.
It is a bit of a drive for us to eat here but we are always super pleased. Excellent service by Allison last night. We dine like 1 person...sharing everything. We started with the eggplant ans shrimp appetizer, which is our favorite, as well as something we have never seen on another menu. The bread is perfect for sopping up every bit of the delicious sauce. Next came a shared Caesar salad, split in the kitchen. Very good but the croutons were rather soggy. And the last was the lasagna, again nicely split in the kitchen. We think the pasta here is better than the competitors. We washed it all down with a Chianti. Prices have significantly increased since our last visit.
We took my mother to Brio, because it's her favorite restaurant. The lobster bisque was very good, and my mother enjoyed the pasta bolognese. My husband enjoyed his shrimp and lobster fettucine. I had the grilled steak salad. For dessert, the tiramisu was very good. Our server was also excellent and very attentive. The only downside to this restaurant are the prices. $24 for 6 pieces of thin slicked steak over lettuce? $40 for a few bites of shrimp and lobster over a lot of fettucine? We'll save this restaurant for special occasions only.
Service was slow. We were not offered water refills and had to keep trying to find our waitress.
It was a wonderful experience. We celebrated my daughter special birthday and the managers and the staff and the server fantastic. Highly recommended food was excellent.!
The food was phenomenal The waitress was quick and pleasant and had great personality, definitely going back
Had a great table more in the back so a good place to chat. Service excellent and maybe only complaint is my salad and entrée came at same time. We all enjoyed our meals and good value.
Enjoyed a wonderful Lamb chop and risotto with shrimp dinners cooked to perfection. Angelo was very professional and cordial making us feel welcome. He was very attentive. Will continue to return to Brio Italian Grille!
I ordered the spaghetti bolognese, which I think cost about $20. The quality of the dish was okay, but both it and the portion size were quite underwhelming given the prices of the items on the menu. I left still somewhat hungry. The food also did not seem very fresh.
However, my main issue is with the service and atmosphere. It was visibly apparent that the location was not busy, but there was nobody at the front for minutes. I could see the service staff loitering in the back socializing the entire time. When I did get seated, this attitude carried on with my server, who took a very long time to just do things like bringing utensils and taking the bill. I spent a while sitting at my table just watching my server chat in the back with the rest of the staff.
This attitude of the service staff also seemed to also carry over to the general cleanliness of the location, which was pretty bad. There were dirty tables all around me that saw no cleaning the entire time I was there, with food and other random items on the floor. I had to walk past floss picks, toothpicks, straws, and foodstuffs on my way in/out.
I just really do not understand what was going on with the service staff when I went, and I hope my experience was not the norm. I can't really put into words how bizarre my experience with the service staff was.

Usually pretty good, starting to get pricy. For lunch, my wife ordered Mezza Pasto Brio with chicken and salad. There was very little chicken and mushrooms. I ordered Chicken Limone with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli was under cooked and I could not eat the stems. The menu description of the food was great, but the delivered food did not meet expectations. Brio's, time to ramp up the quality to match the high prices.
Parking: Often difficult to park close, specially around holidays and dinner time.
