It was extremely cold. Told server who just said people have been complaining about it. I actually wore my wool coat on plus my sweater and my husband who is never cold was freezing. We got out as quick as we could.

The service was absolutely horrible. We waited for 20 minutes for menus, then waited another 20 for drinks then we finally ordered for it to take even longer. We even ordered dessert and canceled it because it took so long. It was very frustrating. Staff knew how long everything took and blamed it on the “new chef in the kitchen” but a good portion of the wait had to do with the young waiter as well, who was talking and hanging out more than serving tables.

Very nice restaurant on the Freehold Mall property. Very good food and service. Pretty atmosphere, sizeable dining room. Have been there before and will likely go again.

We arrived never a host or hostess to greet us. Seems like many share delivering food while greeting people with reservations. Bartender was alone tending to tables bar booths as well as bar counter! We were left for dead. My salmon was dry & fishy and no one came back to check on our entrees being satisfactory. I will not be returning as I felt like I had ordered cafeteria food at restaurant prices minus service or quality. Hate to give bad reviews but management is doing everyone a disservice

Food is ok, service is good but understaffed, cleanliness ok on the surface but the vents are dripping black mold over the bar area, ewwwww; for comparison find a clean vent and the moldy one.

We had such a wonderful dinner at Brio, sitting outside on the patio on a beautiful night. The food was fantastic and Cynthia took such good care of us. Definitely a favorite spot!

We nearly waited for 30 minutes to get our cocktails. The reason was there were only one bartender for the entire restaurant. What an inexcusable excuse!!!!
